    I like this pharmacy overall, but the queues can be long sometimes, its hard to get someones attention while youre at the desk as theres no bell or anything and they cant see you when in the back unless they peep round.

    Had my prescription since Wednesday. Went to collect on Saturday to be told they don't have it until Tuesday. I asked why didn't no one let me know. No one checks the prescriptions I was told. Why accent them from GPS then. Crap service. Now left without medication trying to find somewhere that has it in stock.

    Worst pharmacy ever. Three days after my prescription had been approved and sent and they still hadn't dispensed it. Had to wait half an hour before they could do it. Absolute shambles. Wish I could give no stars but it won't let you.

    Having experienced some truly awful customer service at the pharmacy over the last few months, I have to say the young man that served me this morning (17/3/25) restored my faith in the slogan 'Happy to Help'. Not only was he polite and very helpful the transaction was efficient and carried out with a smile. May he get the credit he deserves

    Shocking service at the Shaw outlet. A policy change of not ordering repeat prescriptions is plain stupid and leaving customers without essential medication. Even though someone has been taking the same medication for 10 years you now have to phone every 4 weeks to reorder it. Will be swapping to a more customer focused pharmacy soon.

    For years I have collected my medication as I shop but apparently I must now 'take responsibility for my own prescription' , as the service of ordering from the GP has been discontinued. It was because this service was offered to me by the pharmacy itself that I agreed to always collect my medication from there however I will find somewhere else and in the mean time try to arrange an emergency prescription. Staff uninterested and service poor!

    Had the misfortune of calling in the pharmacy to order a certain brand of the medicine I required. After speaking with the pharmacy the lady at the counter confirmed it was DEFINITELY in stock . I called back later and waited for what seemed an age to now be told it wasn't in stock in the first place. In no way whatsoever am I blaming the assistant for this .when I spoke to the pharmacist about the poor service he was totally totally disinterested

    Really good pharmacy and the staff are fantastic. They take the time to also recommend drugs that are the exact same but non branded. Also they keep you updated on prescriptions.
