This store is shocking. Never anyone to serve you on the Boots store side only the pharmacy. It’s like you’re an inconvenience shopping in there. You just get ignored while you are stood at the checkout. Hopefully this will be one of the stores that gets closed down. No wonder Boots are closing the store this week.
Was sold some allergy eye drops for conjunctivitis by an incredibly young, inexperienced assistant. Has made it much worse. Do not risk their advice at all.
Constantly trying to get through.. heavily pregnant and have gestational diabetes as well as taking daily medication. My dr is send prescriptions over on the 1st of the month and I receive my prescription on or around 20th of the month which is best part of 3 weeks later, forcing me to go without medication for a while in between
I’ve been here numerous times and so disappointed. Never pick up my calls and the pharmacist wasn’t great at making me feel comfortable to talk through my medication or problems. I switched to Wolstenholme Pharmacy and honestly recommend everyone there. I’m treated with so much respect there and the pharmacist is the best one I’ve ever come across
They used to be so good in here, but has gone downhill really quickly. Really poor service. Have to chase up regular prescriptions every single month. Never answer the phone, are rarely open the hours listed and often have handwritten messages on the front of the store stating they are short staffed and therefore closed. Really stressful when you have time specific medication you need and it is nearly always late
What are people on about? Worst place i’ve ever been to to be honest, staff are so rude and one was highly sarcastic and disrespectful towards my disabeled grandad. He came to pick his prescription up and they’d didn’t have it ready so they told him to come back a couple days later and still didn’t have it. When my grandad left he said “maybe next time” and the women went “yeah maybe”. So rude like bro. Annoying old rat ❤️
