   Worst pharmacy ever, they make you wait forever just to say that your Medications are not there. They've also lied about my Medications not being there when that is impossible as they're on a repeat dispension. In addition, staff are incompetent, they lack compassion and basic customer service skills. I recommend you avoid it.

   Poor service from staff, been a few times for medication but they have always" ran out" advised was a popular medication, could they just not order more stock? Staff very uncaring as if everything was an effort , none of them seemed bothered.

   Worst pharmacy. Never reliable, they keep losing prescriptions, they can’t find details on the system and they send medicines to wrong address. I understand they’re always busy well then maybe they should recruit more staff. In terms of efficiency I must give -1 out of 10. Waiting times are absurd too.

   This pharmacy is a absoult disgrace They reapet on time every time Not True they are always late with my reapete prescription they try putting the blame on my doctors surgery only my doctors is not the problem.The past 2 weeks they have had a answer machine put on the phone line and since having this they have not answering the phone I have been trying to get intouch with them for 5 days this week and not once have they answered the phone I find this very offences to customers that have difficulty in getting there reapet prescription on time .They are so rude and I really am not impressed with the attitude

   Everytime I go to pick up my tablets it's never ready. I have CKD stage 3 and found out on a Thursday morning I have a infection of the kidneys. I went for my script and it wasn't ready and I would have to wait. I said I would call back the next day which I did and it still wasn't ready, they told me I would have to wait half an hour. I am disabled and can't be away from home for long so I had to leave again. That was a Friday and I can't get out of the house at weekends so had to wait even longer in pain without my tablets. I will be moving to another pharmacy.
