This is the best pharmacy. I used to use boots in Middleton but they are useless for delivering medication on time so I changed to these and my meds are always on time. Thank-you so much guys your the best.

Mohd & his team have been amazing since they took over the Pharmacy in Market Square & I would give them 6 stars if I could. I've had issues with 2 out of my 3 tablets for months on end from my Doctors, with incorrect tablets or being made to pay for a private prescription even though I'm over 60. Mohd went the extra mile & contacted the Doctors directly, sorting these issues out for me. I would have no hesitation in recommending their services to anyone. Thank you so much Mohd, your customer service is excellent.
I give nothing but praise for MOHD and his team since they took over! It was a very challenging time initially ! Both Bill and I ( Jenni) get our prescriptions on time and they are professional and always go the extra mile! In the last week I have had flu and they supplied all my Medication on time ! I am a RN myself so understand how important a reliable and friendly pharmacy is! Liaising with Royton Medical Centre ! 5 stars highly recommended

I was a bit surprised years ago when what had previously been a pet supplies shop among other things, reopened as a pharmacy. I was even more surprised to find that instead of the normal shop keeping hours of others, they were open from 7am to 10pm. I felt that sort of service deserved support and have never used any of their competitors since. They are a lot busier these days but service is faultless and they are proactively helpful. Brilliant.
My husband had to go without taking his tablets for a day because he hadn’t given the pharmacy 24 hours notice for the prescription even though they received it days ago. I had to come back the next day to pick it up and noticed on the label that it was dispensed the same day that I had been in and asked for it (went in at 8pm so must have dispensed it just after I left)I dislike the policy that you can only pick up medication for repeat prescriptions the day before you run out as I can’t always get there that day. Found the pharmacist rude and unhelpful..
The young assistant who was initially serving me was patientand kind, however, another assistant who was apparently more experienced? (Prehaps in medicine but lacking in people skills! )was impatient and abrupt. Sensitivity is required when dealing with worried people.... asking peronal details that were totally irrelevant to what I was purchasing and I was sold the product anyway!
