   Rude staff yesterday I phoned in to ask if my prescription was ready I was told yes so I went to collect it,when I arrived they said it wasn't there, after a conversation I was told to stop talking and that they were busy because it was christmas.Its here said a voice from the back of the shop .Please train your staff better and rudeness is never an option .This post could have been a lot longer this is only a part of my bad experience

   I've been going to this chemist for over a decade and never any issues. The two girls who deal with you are great, but both were busy & a woman in a grey uniform had to serve me. She had a proper attitude from the off, and would not listen to a word I was saying. It was like serving me was beneath her & she just wanted to charge me for half an order they could not fulfill last time. Then she threw a strop and walked off. I'll be moving chemist and reporting her officially. I'll also be informing all my friends and family to do the same.

   Terrible. Stood outside this Pharmacy waiting for it to open when they did finally open I was told that the pharmacist is running late so wouldn’t actually be arriving until they’ve come through traffic then have to give him my details I was told they didn’t have two of the drugs in that I needed absolute terrible pharmacy will not be using again
