   After weeks of feeling unwell, I had multiple blood tests and investigations done through my GP, all of which came back “normal.” Still feeling that something wasn’t right, I decided to pay privately for the Women’s Wellbeing blood tests at this pharmacy. The lady who saw me was absolutely lovely. While I was there, I cheekily asked if she could quickly check my ears. Without hesitation, she did and immediately noticed swelling and blood in my ear. This was something my own doctors had missed on three separate occasions. She advised me to get it checked urgently. Fast forward to later that day, I was admitted to hospital and treated with steroids and antibiotics for bacterial meningitis, a perforated eardrum, and a severe ear infection. I honestly can’t thank this pharmacy enough. I truly believe they may have saved my life. Exceptional care, attentiveness, and professionalism. I will be forever grateful.

   Been easy to use from the start! Really clear instructions , very helpful. Sent off my starting pictures received a phone call to make sure I was making right choice and gave me advice. Delivery turns up from 2-3 of ordering. Had a problem contacted them and they resolved straight away . 100% recommend

   I can't praise this pharmacy enough! I order my prescription in the morning and I get it same day! My last chemist took a week to process my prescription! The staff are amazing and friendly and the delivery driver is one of the nicest people I have met! I only wish I found them sooner! 5*

   I wished I never purchased my Ozempic through this company. The process of the order was quite simple and easy but the item was dispatched through Royal Mail. Royal Mail said they delivered the item but no clear picture of the house they delivered it to or even the location being incorrect. It’s been an absolute nightmare trying to get my £156 back! It’s impossible to speak to someone over the phone and kept being told someone would call me back from the online team. But never had. I had to communicate through email which is so much more difficult. It’s been 11 days since I placed the order and still have nothing to show for it. They told investigation would take 1 week and am still waiting. I will update my review once I get a response from the investigation! But wished I sticked to a face to face pharmacy. They should really put more ownership on their delivery company to take clear pictures it protect them and the customer both!

   Delighted and impressed with the service here. I've just swapped from Boots because they have become such a pain to deal with, and the difference is quite startling! My first prescription - ordered on Thursday afternoon, delivered on Monday afternoon, everything correct. No stress, no fuss, no nearly running out of medication. I only wish I'd made the change much sooner.

   Very happy with the service, knowledge and advice. Suffering from loss of hearing in one ear, was given bad advice from Specsavers which caused further issues. Having made a straight forward appointment online, my hearing loss issue was resolved. I am extremely happy and with the whole service and will be returning for any future health care issues.    Earwax removal with micro-suction. Great service. Great communication and sorting of appointments. Had initial appointment then two further appointments to get the wax removed. Very health and safety conscious regarding possible eardrum damage. Great advice and friendly service. All this was for the advertised price for one ear. Would highly recommend!
