   Excellent service.Pharmacist Waqas was able to prescribe my daughter medication that meant we avoided a doctors appointment. When the treatment worked he was able to prescribe again following a consultation in the pharmacy. We were able to call in without an appointment and left 5 minutes later with the medication we requested. Brilliant helpful service that meant we avoided long waits to see the GP and was really easy and convenient.

   I called in to pick up my prescription. The service is usually good. I seen a test kit for UTI, I asked the assistant if the results of the test would be recognised by my GP ( perhaps I should have said any GP) she replied I don't know I'm not your doctor. I'm not stupid I am aware that the assistant is not a GP . She did advise I ask my GP , nowadays I don't have a regular GP! However, I don't see the point of paying for a test if my or any doctor won't recognise the results of a self testing kit. I can't treat a UTI and to my knowledge should I require antibiotics the pharmacy doesn't prescribe antibiotics. If I am wrong I am happy to be corrected. I think the assistant could have been kinder and simply replied that she isn't sure what tests GPs would recognise. I found her attitude very condessending .

   I don’t know why they have a phone because they never answer it so if you want to check if your prescription has arrived from your doctor you have to go the chemist which mostly a wasted journey

   Prescriptions never ready on time, never answere phone, whole attitude towards customers stinks. I'm inclined to think they've forgotten without customers they would be out of jobs.

   Id like to say its always straight forward to get ur meds sorted here. Most of the staff are nice and helpful. The one with (dark hair) she knows who she is has a attitude problem I have no end of run ins with her I have heard quite a few people have. Only takes one bad egg to ruin a team. She makes this difficult just to be awkward and rub people up the wrong way. Definitely in the wrong job with this sort of an approach. Far too many times with her now complaint gone in with their head office awaiting a response!
