The service I have received from the employees at this Pharmacy is incredible. They are freindly, professional and empathetic. I couldn't recommend them more.
Gone right down hill, I don’t know what’s up with people ever since Covid this is the only rubbish pharmacy out their, they struggle to have medications when doctors send a prescription for antibiotics, and always SHUT!! SHUT in middle of the day!!!! When it can be only time when people can get out of work to pick up prescription you know DINNER TIME and it’s shut oh and obviously SHUT after work you know 5.30pm this is absolutely waste of time and one staff member is extremely arrogant!!!
Appalling service. I've just spent half an hour trying to get through to this pharmacy on the phone. Normally it rings engaged, but this time it rang, timed out after 3 minutes, so I rang again....and again....and again until I couldn't waste any more time. What does that sound like in the shop? How can staff listen to that without answering? And it is no excuse to say "we are busy". I'll be changing my pharmacy.

I’d missed my flu jab at work due to self isolating. When I went to the Well chemist they didn’t have any available. They took my name and number and said they’d ring me when they got some more in. They stuck to their word and rang me. As someone with asthma I really appreciated that they had taken time out of their busy day to contact me.
I've literally just experience possibly the worst service ever. There was a load of soft toys in a basket with "clearance" in 4 inch high letters and a price board with 75% of stickers I've queried the price and they come up full price, the girl running the till didn't know (which is fine) queried it with her colleague who snapped at her and told her she couldn't help - in an open plan shop in front of various customers. It transpires this senior colleague had screwed up a prescription and was trying to sort it out whimsy the delivery driver was waiting She asked someone in the back who confirmed she should take 75% of the marked price - then changed his mind as i get to the till. So now I've got a upset baby who thought she was getting 2 lovely teddies and now has none.
I have endured only negative experiences here so far, waiting over an hour on one occasion when collecting a prescription. Another time I was again collecting a prescription and was told that it was not at the pharmacy after waiting 20 minutes been spoken to in a condescending manner from the pharmacist, the customer service representative then found the prescription. The registered pharmacist and the locum pharmacist here are incompetent on the grandest scales, I have witnessed their incompetence when trying to log into computer systems for over 15 minutes when searching for my prescription history. They lack any empathy and understanding skills and are quick to blame other bodies such as the doctors for not being able to arrange the correct prescriptions. They are extremely rude and have spoken to me in a patronising manner in-front of other customers. I have never received an apology for their mistakes and poor customer service. I have had to ring the emergency NHS number to obtain my medication as this pharmacy cannot complete this simple task. Please avoid at all costs, I would have liked to put 0 stars but the review won’t let me. I have since found at that there is another pharmacy just further down on the corner opposite this one and will be going here in future.
