Zahira an khatija at this pharmacy were very rude ,we're not helpful at all. The staff made me feel intimidated and unwelcomeDid not helpful at all instead made us leave pharmacy helpless with no prescription. Very disappointed never felt would ever have such bad experience at a professional place.

I struggled all day to get my baby's cow allergy milk. I rang the pharmacy on so many occasions to ask if my baby's milk prescription was ready and the lady that I spoke to on the phone had terrible customer service she was very rude and made me feel helpless she cut the phone when I rang back she still continued to be rude an cut the call. I'm sure all the calls are recorded and would be good if the director of the place could listen n into the phone calls made to the pharmacy and see how badly the calls are handled by the lady at the pharmacy who handles calls. She was speaking rudely would not help properly. I even went into the pharmacy and was not helpful at all. inthe end my baby was left with no milk he have allergies to dairy products an cannot drink normal cows milk he should of been considered with extra priority she would not help and kept talking over me shouting and would not let me speak to anyone else that could help me at the pharmacy instead she kept cutting the phone off. That was the was treatment I ever experienced at a professional place.

**I'd give Zero Star Review if i could** Absolutely awful service! I called this pharmacy regarding my 3-year-old sonβs prescription, and they claimed they had not received it. I double-checked with my GP surgery, and they confirmed it was sent. I rang the pharmacy again, and they still insisted they hadnβt received it. I refused to accept this and asked them to check again only then did they suddenly find it! They assured me they would send it out for delivery, yet despite multiple calls and voicemails, I am still waiting for the medication I was is out for delivery "today" Completely unreliable, disorganized, and unprofessional. Never ever again!

GAVE THE WRONG MEDICINE TO MY MUM THANK GOD I CHECKED IT BEFORE SHE WAS GONA TAKE IT!!! I WENT IN THE PHARMACY TO TELL THEM, THE LADY BEHIND THE COUNTER DIDN'T CARE LESS THEY MADE A MISTAKE DIDN'T EVEN APOLOGISE FOR THEIR MISTAKE!! I ASKED FOR THE MANGER SHE STARTED GETTING RUDE AND SAYING I DONT KNOW WHERE THEY ARE !! THE STAFF IN THERE NEED TO GO BACK INTO TRAINING AND HAVE SOME MANNERS! I HEARD THIS ISN'T THE FIRST TIME THEY MADE A MISTAKE GIVING OUT WRONG MEDICATION TO PATIENTS!!! I WOULDN'T EVEN GIVE THEM ONE STAR!

They marked my prescription as filled even though they told me they couldn't fill it and had to go somewhere else. I went somewhere else only to be told it was already dispensed and couldn't do anything.

Supposed to open at 9am seems to open whenever they get in between 9:15 -9:30 . Always left waiting or have to come back as items are not ready. Used to be quite efficiently run but sadly not anymore. Never straight forward always some issue to deal with.

If I could give them a zero rating I would, totally gone downhill. Waited at the till for over 20 mins while the staff talked about there celebrations, I shouted over to ask if anyone was serving. Only then did someone come over.. another 40 mins for the prescription to be dispensed.. customer service has gone downhill. Place has stopped doing repeat prescription but was only told this when I come to pick up my monthly prescription(left me without medicine that I require). Only use these as they a next door to my doctor surgery.

This place is awful. I waited 50 minutes and still got nothing from then. Not even a word from them about the time being taken to give the medicine. At 55 minutes I heard the lady tell a customer that the wait is one hour! Well, if they told me that from the start that there is going to be a long waiting time, then I would have said no problem I'll come back tomorrow. Really bad service. Terrible customer service. Avoid at all costs if you can. I want to give zero stars but I can't. I have to give at least one star to post. After waiting over 40 minutes they starting asking the name and asking me to spell it, despite me filling in a small form and handing it in right at the beginning!
