Only used pharmacy twice since moving GP. Had prescription for over 5 days, went to collect, said need to order in? Seriously, so a further wait. Went for emergency script today, told can you come back later, like we all have the time to be back and forth. Needs management skills in this pharmacy for sure and a tidy up
A pharmacy that definitely needs to hire some management. Always late with prescriptions. When a doctor orders you a same day prescription it will not be ready until 7+ days later. Ordered a prescription over 2 weeks ago with no text to alert me it’s ready, I called up to follow up only to be informed they don’t do texts anymore and you have to call to see if your prescriptions are ready as they’ve been sold (probably due to being such a shockingly bad pharmacy). That’s fine but it would have been nice to be informed that, I genuinely thought it wouldn’t be ready yet as this pharmacy deserves a prize for how slow they are with getting your medication ready for you. Went in to collect my prescription only to find out they’re now cash only, would have been nice to be informed about this (could have even told me when I called!) sudden change as 90% of people don’t carry cash.
Well pharmacy is very good pharmacy. They always on point with sorting out prescriptions and so helpful when trying to find out what's wrong when can't get appointment with the GP. Highly recommend this pharmacy
Shocking. Never answer the phone. At 3:30pm the person who can sign off on the prescriptions goes off on a break despite it being full of waiting people. Told to wait 30 mins. We ask for the prescription back to go elsewhere and they give us the wrong bit of paper. My 2 year old is without her medicine because this place is so bad. I phoned 30 times throughout the day and no one picked up.
They gave my prescription to some other person which I don't know this is not the first time they did a mistake. They even gave expired medicine to my dad
