Had to wait for prescriptions over an hour and even then they didn't have all the prescriptions they only had 1 out of 6. Phoned in advance aswell and was told they had them. When trying to call through no-one picked up but when I was in the pharmacy the phone didn't ring once
I can't thank kenmore pharmacy more. I think they are doing a fantastic job.They processed my prescription in quick time.. Hats off to all the staff.
I have used this pharmacy for many years and have always found the staff to be friendly, helpful and professional even when, very occasionally, short staffed. They provide an excellent service.
i felt they were quite rude to me as a teenage girl as they assumed i didn’t know what i was talking about when getting my prescription and talked loudly about me when i was stood waiting , receptionist at the doctors was very helpful and lovely however.
Went to the pharmacy and was told that they don't take electronic prescriptions so they wouldn't have my medication. My partner went for her (electronically) prescribed medications and got them fine. I went back a few days later and asked for my (previously prescribed, electronic) medications and was given them. The first staff member gave me wrong information and delayed me picking up my medications by a few days and almost running out. Not the end of the world but didn't appreciate having my time wasted. Apart from that, service has been fine. I've only used this pharmacy once. Will update this review later after I have used it more often and add more information if needed.
Patronising, and unhelpful. I quote the pharmacist 'I don't care about the money' then proceeds to belittle me with a statement comparing, choosing between life saving medicine and mental health medicine, is the same as paying for a macdonalds. Completely disgusted with those people

I've never had a bad experience here, it does sometimes take a while to get your medication but you can tell they are understaffed. Always helpful when things haven't been sent down correctly. Could do with an extra chair for people who are waiting
Possibly the slowest pharmacy in England. The standard reply of 5 minutes to wait for your prescription turns into 20 minutes while they all dilly dally and take their time. Sometimes the queue is outside the door and they all seem oblivious and very self important. Avoid at all costs.
Fairly speedy service and a well stocked (I'd small ) retail area. Staff are pretty friendly and it's handy for the gp surgeries in the same building
