Went to get my adhd medicine and it was not in stock. Waited 2 days and still not there. Un believable and then they say they dont get it until Wednesday next week
There's no ramp to get in here. Just a high step. So anyone in a wheelchair has no chance of getting inside. They really need to get a ramp asap as it's discriminating against those with disabilities. The staff here are good. And they usually have the medication in that we need or they order it in.
Item not in stock, so asked to return at 4pm. Did so, waited 18 minutes, then told it wasn't yet in stock, and to come back tomorrow. This time, I'll phone 1st.
Went in after being referred by 111. Pharmacist was really helpful and caring. Gave me all the advice I needed.
Not a good chemist. Not helpful on my first visit through 101 emergency and called before 2 pm on Saturday to be told was closed. Joke of a pharmacy. A lot of people I know have felt that this pharmacy was below standards. They need to wake up and make an effort. My first 2 and only experiences with this pharmacy have been below standards. I don’t even want to give them 1 star.
Ever since I've been using benchill pharmacy I've never experienced any problems and I don't feel anxious about anything. Khursid, zarina, zara, fran and all the members that work so hard as a team and I never have to wait long for my medication. Everyone makes me feel welcome and all the staff are always smiling and happy which is good to see in a very stressful environment making sure everyone gets there medication. Well done to you all and thanks for looking after us for all t these years. etc. I will always carry on using my local benchill pH
call in, and my prescription is out for delivery, delivery doesn't arrive, phone them and after 2 half hours they answer and tell me I have to call in.... never got my prescription, according to my doctor , it was cashed out and given to me ? this has happened 3 times since December.. yesterday I was given half a prescription, they say they have no knowledge of any thing else , call at my Dr's to query they tell me me yss I've had full prescription.... they steal it ! now without medication for 5 days ... this place needs lnvestigating !!!
Came in a couple times to pick up my prescription as I’m new to the area was really shocked at how lovely the staff are and how efficiently they work. Very different to the pharmacy’s I’m used to.
I left this pharmacy after years of misery and going back and forth any single time for any prescription. Total joke. Now I have a wonderful pharmacy with caring professionals. If you are looking for a simple, speedy and courteous chemist service, this-is-not-the-place.
