   It's not my local pharmacy, but the closest I found to get a flu jab. I booked in for 1st December, private as I have medical insurance that partially refunds it. I asked for a receipt, they gave me just the credit card receipt, but I need a document saying name of practitioner, as well as my name and address. They said it would appear in my medical records. As of today, there's nothing in my records. I tried calling several times in the last few days, but there's always a prerecorded message saying to call after 5 minutes. I also sent a written message using the online form, no response. If I don't get the receipt before the 28th, I won't be able to claim. For 15£, it's not really worth going there. Still, I won't be using this Pharmacy ever again, they are too unorganised and communication is non existent.

   The women here have always treated me with genuine kindness and compassion, and understanding to my shift patterns/quietness. I have an ongoing health condition(Diabetes) and have experienced frequent acute issues, so I visit quite regularly with intermittent prescriptions that also depend on different run out times, but they’ve never made me feel like a burden or been anything other than friendly and familiar. Even when something hasn’t been in stock or there’s alternative options, or it’s busy, they’ve always taken the time to remember me and explain. I truly appreciate them and the care they provide at this pharmacy, and I’ll be sad to leave once I move. The best pharmacy I’ve had so far, and truly a good team that try their best.

   Last time my medication was collected I had 2 "orders", 1 from seeing a doctor and 1 from order meds online. For some reason they are not able to put the 2 together. I made a phonecall the day before the pickup to make sure the meds I was prescribed seeing the doc was ready, and was told it would be ready the next day. When I got the meds back the next day I was missing the item I had made the call about, but the others I got. I called back, and lord and behold, they then found the missing meds. For a disabled person going back and forth, back and forth is not good. The pharmacy should upgrade its system so they can send a text message on mobile phone (which most ppl today have) that the meds is ready to be picked up. That makes things a lot easier for disabled ppl.

   My dad frank has been going to this chemist for along time, he raves over how nice and smiling the staff are with him. There always patient, kind and helpful. We highly recommend this chemists.

   Unfortunately I don’t know their name but I’d like to give a particular thanks to the lady in the Ancoats branch who went above and beyond to get my prescription together. Two different products were unavailable from suppliers, and this was the case at multiple pharmacies which she tried for me, and somehow still managed to fulfil my prescription. So a big thanks, much appreciated.

   I've been going to this pharmacy every week for the past 8 years for my medication. You couldn't wish to meet a better team of staff. Always courteous, polite, friendly but above all else, they always take the time to explain things and answer my questions, no matter how busy they are. Always professional, but with a human touch, I simply cannot fault the service I've had over the years. A special mention must go to Natasha, KK, Joanna and Mason. I've got to know the team here and they are all simply fantastic.

   I have been with Ks just under 2 years. I’ve never had a problem. Wait time is always announced. I like to ring ahead for my repeats and these can be prepared before arriving. I appreciate the service, staff and the pharmacist. They are accommodating even when busy to provide additional services. Thank you!
