This pharmacy is unbelievably slow and unorganised. The waiting times are ridiculous β you can be sat there for hours and still not be seen. Trying to call them is just as bad, as they rarely ever pick up the phone. Getting medication from here is harder than booking a GP appointment. Absolutely terrible service and such a stressful experience every single time.

Under staffed, overworked and always quick so long, even ill patients who canβt stand properly have to wait in the quick too. Plus once at the till you have wait another 40mins minimum wait for the medication. Really bad service. Should be 4 separate pharmacies in all the buildings eg MRi, eye hospital, saint marys and children hospital, instead of one for all 4.

I understand they're spending their time to ensure the right prescription for each patient, but do prepare for a long waiting time. The staff approachment is good though.

My son is with ear infection and we went to the children emergency yesterday, the doctor told me that the pharmacy was already close so I needed to come back today in the morning to pick up the prescription in Lloyds pharmacy, and the pharmacy is close today, they donβt open on Sundays. I am asking to myself, why an hospital pharmacy close on weekends? People donβt get sick on weekends? Also, the doctor told me that the presentation only can be picked up on that hospital pharmacy. My son will be without is medication for 2 days, with pain because the pharmacy donβt open on weekends. Make no sense. Very disappointed.

This element of the brilliant hospitals it serves needs looking at urgently. The poor overworked staff who work in that pharmacy must be so stressed. Long queues. People complaining. Long wait times. Itβs not a great service at all and is completely unacceptable to both their staff and patients. Itβs so disorganised and is a complete shambles. Lloyds need to sort it as the hospitals it serves are amazing and itβs just not great.

Adult Lloyds Pharmacy MRI. How slow can they be. They say wait 20 mins and a hour later still waiting. Pathetic how they can be so slow and are kind of rude. I could work quicker. Come on Lloyds Pharmacy get a grip.

Thereβs a lot of entitled people complaining that it takes ages to get their medication. Yes it can take 45 mins or so but this pharmacy serves the MRI, Childrens Hospital, St Narys, the eye hospital, Octogon house and more. Remember, before complaining that YOU are not the only patient. The staff have always been friendly with me, Iβve never waited more than 45 mins and never had any concerns. Iβm guessing that the people who are moaning about the staff being slow etc. Have probably never worked and are on benefits.
