    Get partners prescriptions from here, receive a text message when ready to collect. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Better than alot of other chemist's around the area.

    In general its an ok Pharmacy. They is until today we needed medication for our 4 yr old urgently haven pharmacy decided not to tell us they didnt have it and would not be able to get it in the following day. We only found out because we rang to see if it was ready to pick up. This was then too late to do anything about it extremely disappointed in a service that is meant to be there to support the amazing doctors.

    Staff are friendly and seem to get to know their regulars. They are usually efficient getting the prescription ready and has done parking spaces available.

    unfortunately i went into this chemist Naylor St , Miles Platting with about 7 prescriptions slips , rather than 1 prescription with all my medication on , { dew to my doctor } , i asked Nicola a member of the pharmacy staff , Do i need to complete my name , address , national insurance number , d.o.b , on every prescription slip , , JOKINGLY , i said i have a prescription book here , Yes you do have to fill every section , on every prescription slip , Time Consuming and when you have Arthritis , in your hands , Nicola then just continued to talk to another member of the pharmacy staff {about plans for the weekend } , Nicola Was No Help At All , , I have been in this same situation before with a few prescription slips , and another Chemist Pharmacy Staff , said if you just put your name , d.o.b , national insurance , date , address on 1 , slip , the rest of the slips , we can sort out , so this lady , pharmacy staff , , helped , and saved me filling several prescription slips , Whilst in this chemist , i began to fill the approx 7 prescription slips , when another member of the this Haven Chemist , i think heard my conversation with Nicola , {do i have to fill out these 7 prescription slips ?} } Nicola Uncaringly replied Yes , the other member of staff , said to me just fill in 1 , slip and i will sort your prescription slips , so i did , Thank you , Thank you to another member of Haven Pharmacy Staff
