   These guys are absolutely amazing! Im prescribed a med that's often out of stock/hard to find & these guys ALWAYS pull through for me to get them. I've experienced a lot of discrimination because of the med I'm on & being a traveller at other pharmacies, ive never felt any of that here. Always super friendly, happy to see you & super considerate.

   the worst pharmacy in Manchester. I always order my prescriptions 7+ days before I run out of medication (I have to take this daily to be able to function). I will attend the pharmacy every day and be told we do not have it in, we have ordered it, we don't have it, it hasn't been ordered, just constant excuses and they are not good at their jobs, as well as being extremely rude. If a prescription is sent to the pharmacy, why are you not ordering the medication? Why have I not had any medication for 2 days despite ordering a prescription 9 days ago? Unacceptable. The pharmacy is also dirty and unwelcoming. DO NOT GO HERE!

   Manchester worst pharmacy, don’t trust on this pharmacy I gone 6 times to collect one prescription of my son , 4 times they told system is not working 5th times they told out of stock come tomorrow after 5 I came Next day at 7 pm and after 45 minutes wait again told sorry out of stock come tomorrow again after 5 pm next day I gone back and again after 45 minutes wait they told sorry out of stock, and give me prescription number to get from other pharmacy. I gone to Asda and ask for medication Asda pharmacy told that they didn’t release my prescription, staff of Asda pharmacy call 3 times and I call them 6 times after full bell no one answered my call all the times tape was running that we know you are waiting So I concluded this is the worst pharmacy in Manchester In service All are chatting inside no one bothered who is waiting outside .

   They don’t pick up the phone !!! I tried to collect my prescribed antibiotics from them and they said their system is not working and left me with nothing now my gp is saying that they have to send the prescription to another pharmacy but when I call them they don’t pick up their stupid phone and I can’t go out !!! I need my antibiotics I have an infection what am I supposed to do now??? Horrible unprofessional service !!!!

   I asked for freestyle libre device on the phone to see if there was any instock. He says no, you need to get them from the diabetic centre, then hangs up. I have a prescription, should I take that to the diabetic centre aswel?

   Very rude staff. They grumbled and sighed whenever I spoke and talked to me in a condescending tone. I waited over 25 minutes to collect my prescription. They kept repeating that they don’t do prescriptions for antibiotics even though I had confirmed they could through the NHS 111 service. Eventual they did give me my antibiotics. I don’t understand why they chose to lie. I think they just wanted me to leave so they could all continue chatting in the back. They were eager to serve other customers and acted very friendly but when I and some other customers came in they were rude. At times the tone felt rather intimidating. I asked to see the pharmacist but they refused to see me. I was only allowed to see the trainee who was the rudest staff member I encountered. It is also unclean. There are quite a few flies.
