   My sister went here after accidentally burning her arm on a grill -she’s a student and wanted to do the responsible thing by getting it checked out. When she showed the burn to the clerk, the clerk’s first response was “ew.” While she did help her in the end, that reaction was really unprofessional and made my sister feel embarrassed. A little more sensitivity and professionalism would have gone a long way.

   I am very grateful to them for supporting me when I was ill. They were excellent. I do have to say it was very hard to navigate the shop in a wheelchair due to boxes piled up in corners and in isles. The standard of care however was impeccable and the pharmacist himself helped to move the boxes out of the way.

   Going to the pharmacy isn't a "fun" thing, and there have been other pharmacies (and this one, a year ago) where I've left feeling bad or like I hadn't gotten what I needed. In the last year they've hired more staff, and they are incredible. One in particular is the male pharmacist whose name I don't know. He always makes time for brief small talk with people and I leave with a smile! Today he told me I'd done my good deed for the day for picking up my partner's prescription, which he obviously didn't need to say but he's just so nice. Also another newish female staff who I don't know her name but she's funny and chill too! Thank you for exceptional customer service and always going out of your way to help. I'm really happy with Faith Pharmacy :)

   Really good service actually better than the doctor’s practice itself. Went for an appointment with the chemist gp and he was very helpful explained a lot to me and medication was at hand and the process was speedy but done with care.

   I bought two face masks from here which I (and the customer in front of me) were reassured were N95 masks (bear in mind they were £9.50 each) only to find they were surgical masks. When I tried to return them, I was refused even though the server acknowledged that they had been mistakenly told they were n95 masks and sold them to customers under this false pretence. Extortion at its finest, do not go here!

   Not busy at all. Very quiet and calming. Although its small it is well stocked. The pharmacist recommended more than one product, for different budgets and I left feeling satisfied that I had both received good advice and value for money.

   Opening times are great and the staff are always happy to help. Also for the girls, its very handy to pick up the monthly pill instead of going to the docs. I never wait more than a few minutes to be seen. So quick and handy.
