   Sometimes I might wait 5 minutes but the staff are good and the only thing I can complain about is Sometimes it's not open Saturday but overall had no problems with them.

   Awful customer service. Make you wait with no acknowledgement. Workers gossiping and chitchating whilst we wait for service. An item remained from my last prescription. Eventhough I asked for a receipt I was not given one. I was instructed to mention my name upon return, the item I will be given. When I asked today the Item I was told no item existed. They could not check their system except to say we will check with my medical practice.. how stupid it can get.. 4 of them sat to argue infront of 6 other waiting customers. The white large lady said if I wanted to take my current presciption to some where else, I happily took it away from them and never want to see them again ever because they are saw awful... my cream is still with them paid for in full but never delivered.

   This used to be a good chemist with good customer service .,if i could give it 0 stars i would., They need trained staff in there. To busy talking to there staff. Very Dusapointed i will not buy anything from there again ile go somewhere else.

   Awful place, 5 people waiting over 20 minutes to be served and all 7 staff ignored them - not even a "We'll be with you soon". Openly assume customers are heroin addicts by calling out "are you in for your methadone?" when you are in fact a cancer patient. Disgusting attitudes I can only assume staff are simply rude or hate working there.

   Got told by 111 to go to this Pharmacy for my symptoms as it is a 111 Plus service. I was told it had to be this specific pharmacy as it provided this service and could prescribe me the medicine needed. After walking 30 minutes to get to the pharmacy, I was told by the pharmacist, who couldn’t be bothered to come and speak to me or check my symptoms, via the cashier, that she couldn’t help me. Does anyone actually care about customer service anymore?

   Worst pharmacy in the country. The service is appalling. After taking 10 minutes to find my prescription (even after I’ve given them my identity card and my NHS number), I had to hear that I should come back in 30 minutes because they were “closed”. The door was open and they were selling products to other people. Absolutely ridiculous.

   I have lived in hulme most of my life. And don't usually leave a no star if was possible review. I usually don't go back. But this is my nominated pharmacy (that will change). I went in midday sat 22nd, there was a male staff member chatting nicely and kindly to another patron. When he dealt with her, she sat to wait. He didn't feel it necessary to acknowledge I was at the counter. Now the lighting in the shop is may a little dark so it may of been difficult for him to see me. I asked if there was anyone else on? Without looking up from the previous person prescription on the screen.. 'In the toilet won't be long'. So he did see me...Eventually he decided to attend to my custom no prescription items, to be clear. I live 150yrd from Manor and its not the 1st time I've experienced horrible customer service. So I'm going to switch to Princess Rd pharmacy. They don't have a GP round the corner from to feed off for 80% if not more of business. There a blonde woman who works on the front, who is lovely and kind, but I know she treats people equally, even if the lighting is a bit dark. Trudy Roberts

   I would like to give a really positive feedback to this pharmacy and please don’t hesitate to come in. The staffs are always smiling, say hello to regulars and accommodating requests. People are likely to provide negative feedback because they were upset but all my experiences with this pharmacy have been absolutely great.
