Terrible experience. I’ve been there a couple times to get prescriptions or get other medicine and they never have what’s needed. Once I needed a medicine for ear ache, didn’t have any, Covid tests? None! Prescriptions? Not ready yet, when they have it all boxes were open and tablets cut. The worse now is β€œwe can’t get your blood pressure monitor (prescribed 4 days ago) because the responsible is off for a week!” How can a pharmacy not have a responsible person to handle a BLOODY BLOOD PRESSURE MONITOR!!? I’m switching pharmacy as this is a waste of time

I chose this pharmacy to collect my prescriptions, but the store is very strange: every time, the packages were opened or unpacked, and the medicine inside was never a complete blister pack β€” they had been cut into small pieces. Yesterday, when I collected my prescription again from that store, it was even worse: there wasn’t a single intact blister pack at all. Today, I went back to the store and asked the staff if they could replace it with a brand-new, properly sealed package. I also told them my concerns: I don’t know whether the person who unpacked the medicine had properly washed their hands, whether the unpacking environment was hygienic, or if there were other safety issues. But they refused. I will switch to Boots, which is more professional and trustworthy β€” they never hand out medicine in such a ridiculous way or respond to concerns in such a disgusting manner. Based on these worrying experiences, I strongly recommend everyone go to a proper, professional pharmacy.

This is by far the worst pharmacy I’ve ever had to deal with. They gave me expired multivitamin drops FOUR times β€” for babies. This is not just careless, it’s outright dangerous and completely unacceptable. How can a pharmacy be so reckless with infant health? The pharmacists and staff are consistently rude, unhelpful, and unprofessional. They don’t speak politely, don’t listen, and show zero empathy. Every visit feels like an argument waiting to happen β€” not a place you go for healthcare support. Prescriptions? Forget it. Even if you return three days after your request, you’ll still hear the same excuse: β€œIt’s not ready, come tomorrow.” They clearly don’t care at all if someone needs urgent medication. The overall attitude of the staff is mean, dismissive, and cold. They never treat you with basic respect, let alone the kindness you’d expect from healthcare workers. ⚠️ I strongly advise everyone: NEVER EVER go to this pharmacy. They are careless, rude, and unreliable β€” and this is a serious issue that deserves attention from management and healthcare regulators.

Disgustingly poor service. Had to wait an hour for a single medication. There were three pharmacists but rarely ever on the front desk. The older woman was pathetically incompetent. Couldn't figure out my prescription, didn't attempt it again and left it for ten minutes without telling anyone, chatted with customers when someone was waiting to be served and multiple people waiting on prescriptions. The older gent seemed mostly fine but messed up someone's prescription while I was there. Only the young lady whose name began with T but I didn't fully catch was competent whatsoever. Once she realised I was waiting on my prescription still after an hour she talked to her colleague who had arsed about the past hour and had my prescription ready in under 5 minutes. The older woman was a disgrace to the pharmacy career.

They are extremely rude and unhelpful. The manager, Michael, is incredibly arrogant and has a habit of talking down to people. Including his staff, and to customers also. In this instance, it was a case of prescribing the wrong medication and then refusing to acknowledge their mistake even after being shown. Not only is this incredibly dangerous, it is also incredibly belligerent to deny prescribing the right medication. Even after I was able to show Michael the wrong medication he was still difficult. Michael is very arrogant and rude, his pride would not let him apologise and he clearly enjoys a confrontation and is quick to initiate one. An establishment serving the local community should provide: A) THE RIGHT MEDICATION. B) a small decree of manners and customer service.

Wrong medication administered which is highly dangerous! Then refusing to give correct medication from a fault of there own! Staff are rude and disrespectful
