Charging double for my autistic son because of time and noise. I never outline small businesses but this got me very angry. I have been using these barbers for my 4 year old son for about a year now. First few times they charged me £10 for his haircut. The workers actually do a good job. Today the owner charged me double and when I asked why the owner said because it takes longer to cut his hair and he makes too much noise. It made my blood boil. Maybe he should have prices for autistic kids on his price list. I totally understand my son’s hair cut is hard work but charging double is not right Good practice requires your barbershop to encourage inclusivity within the business and contemplate what reasonable adjustments are needed to remove barriers to disabled/autistic people in using your services and not discriminate like the owner did with my son and I’m sure this is breaking the equality act 2010. I would like to thank the workers for doing a good job but I will not be using them for my Son again.
Avoid, absolutely destroyed my 5 year old son's hair and did nothing but aggressively speaking on the phone to, I'm guessing the owner /manager then handing me the money I had paid back. Seriously doubt the person cutting my son's hair had any qualifications. Edit after reading the reply and speaking to the owner,,, I am the partner that they are trying to make out is a liar and I didn't change my mind on how I wanted my son's hair. The only time I used the word mess is when I said look at the mess you have made of my son's hair. Why would I need proof from CCTV about whether you gave me the money back I know you gave it back but unfortunately it's not about the money, it's the state you left my son's hair. The owner has tried his best to rectify it but I'm not sure I trust them after the response on here trying to make me out as a liar and the state of the service in the first place.
Their hand skills are truly impressive especially when it comes to creating clean fades. Last time my friend recommended this place and Once I had a fade and he’s my barber. The attention to detail in their work is remarkable. Not only did I receive a perfect fade, but the overall cleanliness of the shop also added to the positive experience. I highly recommend this barber for their exceptional skills and professionalism.

All of the lads here are friendly, very welcoming and professional in their work. I mostly see Mo. He’s a good lad, very good at his craft, always has a smile on his face and always remembers your haircut (considering the amount of clients what come to him is fantastic) shows how he gets to know you. Always have a good chat and I always leave his chair happy. Won’t touch another barber.
Had Mo cut my hair and boys hair since 2020, can easily say he’s the best barber I’ve been to and I can’t recommend his service enough. Really friendly guy and his staff too !! And keep it up !!
