Great pharmacy! Staff are friendly, helpful, and always quick with prescriptions. The girl behind the till, Anika, is really sweet. Very reliable service.
Rav and the girls that work here are brilliant, always have my weekly repeat prescription ready for me when I get there and if for any reason I can't get there, if I phone them before 10am, it gets delivered by 3pm. It is a very, very busy pharmacy, though, so sometimes you may have to wait for 10 or 15 minutes while they prepare and check your prescription, but the staff will have a little chat with you whilst you're waiting too. Only problem is the phone line, for the past few weeks it's been having periods of an hour or two in which it either just rings out after a few minutes without an answer or you get a dead tone after the automated message and can't get in touch with them for up to a couple of hours. That's only been happening recently, though, so other than that, it's the best pharmacy to use around Limeside and Hollinwood.
These people bend over backwards to.get prescriptions out. They also deliver. Only bad thing is they are closed on weekends. Please consider opening a couple of hours Saturday morning

I'm still waiting for them to call me as they never ordered my medication, I'm diabetic and have high blood pressurebut rang out of medication thanks to them forgeting to order now my blood sugar levrls are all over the plsce
No one helpfull there and the owner for the pharmacy is not hounest he give me a medicin was expire before. Tried to finish his stock. now I never had getting a repeat prescription fast and they never be honest to send it to the Gb and always be late even they send my prescription they don’t have it. iam very disapointed I can’t trust them
It’s unfortunate that there are one two members of staff who are helpful here. I recently tested covid positive and so couldn’t collect my prescription, I called to organise delivery of much needed pain medication, which arrived over 24hrs after they said it would be delivery. Prior to that I went into the shop to collect and was systematically ignored for 40 minutes and also flagged to them that they were breaking GDPR by reading out the full name and address (and sometimes the prescription items) in the middle of a busy shop!!
They offer a brilliant and efficient service. Very helpful and friendly and do what they say they will. Very impressed with this pharmacy
