   This evening I posted a review on your Farnworth branch basically to get the traditional reply that everyone gets .it's been a long time coming for me to do this and it wasn't just about waiting.its a out how your staff deal with things .if you feel uncomfortable going into your phymacy then you have a problem .I'm 62 yrs old and feel awkward going into your Farnworth branch because certain staff are seriously rude and nasty . I personally work on the same precient and you would be surprised how many ppl complain but don't write on your web site .you lost all your decent staff after you moved over the precinct .but I honestly feel awkward even putting my prescription in the box the staff look at you as you shouldn't be there .how can you expect ppl to go in with sore throat .rash .or other minor things as we are asked to when you feel awkward to go in for a prescription.i personally think you don't care by your casual reply so mybe I will take this matter up with doctors and if so local MP . because as we are encouraged to go to local chemists your is a not to go to .mybe you should actually mystery shop your Farnworth branch a few times .enjoy your experience

   Made yet another complaint regarding ince pharmacy and was told I would get a call back. This never happened so I have now selected a more reliable pharmacy to deal with. It's a really bad state of affairs when head office of a company fails to deal with serious issues within the company. It's costing them custom and may cost lives with their negligence. - *****
