   Had booked 2 flu jabs for me and my wife in the morning and a pneumonia jab for our daugther in the afternoon. The morning jabs went well - the staff were friendly enough, the treatment was prompt. We mentioned that we had an appointment booked for our daughter in the afternoon. The afternoon:- we turned up 10 minutes early. Eventually, when the pharmacist came back from lunch 20 mins after the appointment time, we were advised that they were not trained to do the pneumonia vaccine. The pharmacist was kind of apologetic and organised a refund. Points:- it seems the system should not have allowed us to book in the first place - that may not be a fault at the pharmacy. We mentioned the pneumonia vaccination whilst having the flu jabs in the morning - they should have advised us and refunded us there and then. It took the staff 30mins to tell us in the afternoon that the pneumonia vaccination wasn't happening. Thanks for wasting an hour of my and my daughter's time and the fuel to drive to the pharmacy. It is sooo amateur of the system/or pharmacy not to have flagged this up in advance - we booked online on a Saturday and today is Tuesday.

   Dreadful service. Constantly having to chase them on repeat prescriptions, and they let the phone ring out when they can't be bothered to pick up. Avoid!

   Last month I went to pick up my Mums prescription ( which should have been delivered) only to be told it had been cancelled by the Hub, and they had to scrabble around to fill it. Forward to this month, prescription ordered, showing as complete, no home delivery again and even better, staff won't hand over any medication as the pharmacist has gone to sister pharmacy at kenmore centre. Frankly inept staff member, shouting and swearing, offering no apology, at least the young female assistant was embarrassed by the situation.

   I thought I’d give them ago after last using them 2 years ago. No better. Prescription not ready told come back tomorrow. Went back next day told come back next day. I stood my ground and they found my prescription! Box was open and a pill missing! Never again.

   Dreadful service. Booked a flu jab appointment and turned up to find the person had gone on their lunch so wasn’t available. Member of staff couldn’t care less. Didn’t apologise, don’t try to contact the person, didn’t offer another slot.

   You know what these guys have been providing medication for my mum for few years now, each month blister packs turn up and the chap delivering them is lovely. Where we have had to change or get more medication they have sorted it without fuss.

   I use them regularly for repeat prescriptions and find the service is generally OK if I order my prescription well in advance. My husband seems to get his medicines OK. My impression is that the staff at this pharmacy are trying to do their best under very difficult circumstances: shortages of medicines, a recruitment crisis (pharmacists leaving the profession and not being replaced), high staff sickness and the NHS being in a mess. I think the staff are just exhausted and frustrated and constantly on the receiving end of anger and frustration when patients they can't get their medications (often outside their control).

   Extremely rude, deny prescriptions have been sent then backtrack & say they never spoke to you. Will never use again!!

   Zero rating even though one star is the lowest I could give. Unbelievably poor service. The staff don’t care and are rude. They shouldn’t be operating.
