Another trip to northenden today due to the incompetence of this chemist. My dad is 81 walking back and forth doctors sign his prescription. And guess what for the last 3 years solid they don't order enough asthma sprays in. Last year he nearly died because of this chemist. Let's hope they get it right today. If anything was to happen to him I'm holding this chemist personally responsible.

This is a public health service people rely on for crucial medication and they can't even be bothered to update their opening hours for the bank holiday on Google. Not good enough. And looking at other reviews there is a lot of room for improvement here. You need to step up your game Well Pharmacy Northenden.

Slow service bad attitude overall appalling. The pharmacist on duty had a could not care less attitude. This place has been like this for months my advice go elsewhere if you can.

Incredibly grateful and relieved this pharmacy exists. Went through hell at the other Well pharmacy up the road, and was led to believe nothing could be done to help me despite the urgent nature. When I walked into this one I was listened to, reassured, cared for and all my requests fulfilled. They are so kind and helpful.

Literally the worst pharmacy I have ever been in - staff are totally removed from the fact that they provide an inadequate service - long queues, no stock on shelves - dirty counter and depressing atmosphere - I live in Northenden we need a good chemist ! I will never go back

The actual world's worst pharmacy. Pharmacist won't turn up with no notice. No matter what you need and how important it may be. The most used comment is, we're busy or it's not in stock regardless of ordering it so can you come back tomorrow? Also no matter what day it is even if u come back the next day-they're still busy no matter WHAT you need from them 'we're busy" so agree a time to return but you will have to wait 20/30/40 minutes or still come back later. And when you do come back, you STILL have to wait, for 20/30/40 minutes!!! Go online or Google store app "Lloyds direct" and your medications easily delivered...no stress.

Absolutely shocking pharmacy. Blaming COVID, industry staff shortages, anything they can under the sun to explain away the poor service they provide. While every other pharmacy seems to just be cracking on as usual. It takes at LEAST 3 20+ minute visits to get every item on your prescription - does Well think people have time to waste at the pharmacy? I’ve had to get emergency prescriptions from 111 to keep myself ALIVE because Well continue to fail to fulfil my prescription. Whenever you go in it’s “we’ve not got it, we’ll order it”… isn’t that the whole point of calling your doctor for a repeat?! Sometimes a pharmacist doesn’t even bother to show up and the place is shut. It’s been like this for months so they’re clearly not trying to fix it. Then to be told “you could call ahead to check if it’s in” whilst you watch the member of staff in the back ignore or reject phone call after phone call takes the mick. Joke of a pharmacy, won’t be using again. Should be shut down.

I have to say that the last few weeks the service at this chemist is truly shocking half the time there is no pharmacist in the shop so medication can't be given the phone is never answered heard one guy rang 35 5imes in a day but got no response some one needs to get and sort this situation out
