Been coming here for years. Very reliable salon, and so welcoming. I always come out very satisfied and happy with my eyebrows/ lashes. Can always rely on Julie for a good friendly chat too!
The women I went to Meg who did my nails and lashes was lovely just the state of my eyelashes was awful falling out in clumps causing me pain and I would’ve just found someone new but finding someone with availability is hard so I had important places to be so I booked in again had my lashes done then my nails they came out all lumpy I said I wanted French tip acrylic she convinced me to have different it wasn’t the colour I wanted and it was awful I had to go to my usual place and have them done again because I thought it would be cheaper because on the price list it said it would be cheaper it wasn’t they over charged me and my eyelashes had ripped out my natural eyelashes caused me a lot of pain I won’t be going back and they refused a refund so I’ve had to take it higher and report it to other people they did offer me a free lash and nail set but why on earth would I want that when half my natural eyelashes got ripped out I had to go to another lash tech and it took over 20 minutes to remove them because of how big of clumps they was they fell out in clusters and I had to get my nails removed and re done as I had a important place to be the next day I am a minor and I got over charged and taken advantage of I will be getting my refund back or I will be taking this higher due to damage to myself and for stealing and taken advantage of a vulnerable minor with additional needs it’s completely disgusting
Friendly & Professional staff. A good pampering treat, would definitely use again already booked my next appointment. Highly Recommended.
Just had the pleasure of my first(certainly won't be my last) Templespa champagne and truffles facial courtesy of Julie and the girls at inspired beauty and it's an hour in absolute heaven, I didn't want to leave. The smells and sensations are out of this world. Worth every penny.❤
My wife has been having pedicures and her nails done plus massage with Julie (owner) and staff for years and l have had back massages (not nails !!). Always friendly and helpful. Can't fault them.
I have been to inspired Beauty today for the first time since they reopened. It is very clean and sanitised I felt really comfortable with all the precautions they have taken to keep themselves and the customers safe during this pandemic. If you want to feel safe and relaxed definitely go to inspired beauty and all the girls are helpful and professional.
What a little gem Abbey is .......wonderful massage at such short notice, highly recommended. Beautiful surrounding for massage nails and so much more I will return without a doubt. What else can I say but FANTASTIC!!!!!!!! A******
