Reliable building merchants. Diane and Lewis are both very knowledgeable, they went above and beyond to get hold of slate slabs we wanted, that they don't normally stock. Overall they tend have what we need and if they don't it doesn't take long for them to get it delivered.

Went in this morning, stood at the counter for a few minutes, man sitting behind desk never looked up and completely ignored me. Walked out. Just about to start a big building project, you have lost the business as I went to tippers and they were very helpful.
buildbase have essentially stolen from us. Asked them to pick up some surplus materials which they agreed to credit to the builders account. Collected goods then denied all knowledge. Won't call me back to talk about it and I think its because I'm female to be honest. Also throughout our building work and purchasing alot from them they made fun of me to the builder not knowing he was a friend.

I see Peter Bell the branch manager reviewed his own store then got someone to respond from branch saying thank you. Classic. Was sold dodgy decking. Had a nightmare. Won't be using buildbase again. The hassle I've had you wouldn't belive.
Very disappointed had a 1 tone bag deliverd this morning and just dumbed it in my drive and never waited for me to ask to put some where else.. and I'm waiting on a skip and know it's in the way.. I phoned the office to get the driver to come back to move it and norhing as been done
