I was given an old prescription for a completely different case and told my new medication wasn’t there, even though my GP confirmed it was. Two weeks later, they finally found it. When I called to follow up later in the day, the lady on the phone was extremely rude, saying she “can’t read minds,” trying to blame me, and insisting she didn’t serve me. It felt like she just wanted to finish her shift and go home. Very poor service and communication.

Today al 10 am I went to the pharmacy asking for a wrist brace for carpal tunnel. I always go there and there’s a lady really helpful and kind. Today there was a man around late 20s with glasses that I’ve never seen before. I told him I have pain in my wrist because of this and a friend of mine who is a nurse told me it can be the canal tunnel because I match all the symptoms and I work with drills and tools so it’s really common for people that has the same job as me. When I explain this to him he told me that he can’t give me the brace because in this country I can’t just buy that. He repeated multiple times about how the things work in this country even tho I’ve never talked about anything of my country. I said to him once again I would like to buy it because my friend told me and he said my friend the nurse is wrong and he’s a pharmacist so obviously he knows more than the pharmacist, again this is how in this country work (that’s what he said). I was on a call with a friend by that time and she agreed that he was talking to me in a very rude way. I told him the symptoms are the same in one country or the other so the argument of me being from another country wasn’t valid. I left and I came back a few minutes later with a friend who’s a nurse. He told her I was being aggressive towards him (using the typical argument of black angry woman). He changed his tone talking to her and tell her that probably I wouldn’t understand him because what he was saying is that he was concerned that my hand moves by itself? Bare in mind the first time I went I saw him in my phone the name of what my friend said I might have so he could understand better. After he said probably I didn’t understand what he said being again patronizing just because I am from other country. I told him I understand perfectly English and probably when I speak it, I have spellings mistakes (like in this message here) and even if I don’t I can feel the tone that he was using talking to me and talking to her, completely different. After he asked my friend to tell me to never comeback to that pharmacy. I will never comeback not because of what he said but because of the treatment. It’s a shame because every time I went there the staff was lovely and giving me multiple suggestions and options.

Kind workers and great quick service due to it being in a more residential area. Easy to access as on a high street. Could be better if they had longer opening times and just a tad run down, but very grateful for their service!

Pharmacy didn't contacted me despite GP Practice referral. They should contact me same day. Definitely avoid. I'll make official complain to relevant body.

The absolute worst pharmacy in the North West. They are over priced with literally eveything at least 25% more expensive. The shop itself is dirty and the card machine never works. The opening times are a joke. It's long overdue for a better pharmacy to open to service the local area which is growing every month. This one needs closing down.

Take your business elsewhere. Staff ignored me and when they eventually served me they said their card reader didn't work and I would have to go to a cash machine. In clear pain and distress walking to the cash machine was out of the question. I got a taxi to one and returned to be further ignored until I called round to the back to enquire how long it would be. A few minutes was the reply. When my prescription was finally ready the chemist walks out with a tray of money that his assistant had been filling while I waited, it became apparent that I was waiting for them to fill the till. This at 10:00am a whole hour after they opened. Worst service I have ever had at any establishment ever let alone a chemists. Premises was dirty, hazardous and unsuitable for wheelchair users. Avoid at all costs.
