   Lovely and friendly staff. Always know who I am if I phone them. They are always willing to help in anyway they can from getting my flu jab to dropping in and having my blood pressure tested to my monthly repeat prescription. They are a brilliant team.

   friendly staff but not very accessible. the doorway isnt flat so it was hard to drive my powerchair in (if you are in a self propelling wheelchair you probably wont be able to get in without difficulty). the counter is also very high, i couldnt even see the person behind the counter because its so high up

   Please avoid if you have any serious mental health conditions. My disabled wife cannot order her medication herself as she has three mental illnesses. We asked for her medication to be put on repeat prescription and they argued, finally agreed and then never did it. Since not having her meds she has self harmed for the first time in years. She just called to ask why they haven't been delivered yet again. The manager, Miara, just screamed in my fiance's face, told her she could not complain about her as she is the manager, belittled and berated her and she has since self harmed again. My fiance had explained that her care cat had died and she was suicidal. The manager hung up. Disgusting.
