   This pharmacy caused completely unnecessary stress during an already urgent situation involving an out-of-hours NHS 111 prescription for my baby niece. I was initially told they had no record of the prescription, forcing me to recontact NHS 111 and speak to a doctor who confirmed it had been sent. After repeated requests for my niece’s details and refusal to accept the prescription ID, the pharmacy eventually admitted they had the prescription all along — with no apology or accountability. I was also falsely told the medication was in stock, only to be told it wasn’t when I returned. This was a waste of time for me and NHS services and shows a lack of organisation and care. I would strongly advise others to avoid having prescriptions sent here.

   Really good professional and friendly service today. Had a Covid jab and the process was both efficient and pain-free. I had to pay but it was £30+ less than elsewhere. And many pharmacies aren’t even offering a private Covid jab. Highly recommend.

The team is professional, approachable, and genuinely care about their patients — they go above and beyond to make sure everything is handled smoothly and efficiently. Their service is quick, their advice is reliable, and the staff always take the time to explain things clearly you never feel rushed or like just another number. The travel clinic and wellness services are an amazing bonus too. You can tell it’s a pharmacy run with integrity and community at heart. Highly recommend to anyone in the Manchester area looking for trusted, 5-star care.

   My wife and I had Private Covid Vaccinations administered here by Sami who was really thorough and Professional, after consultation he informed us that my wife was entitled to her injection for free on the NHS due to the fact that she is on prescribed medication for a medical condition. This was something that neither our own Doctors or local Pharmacy informed us about when we asked about receiving the vaccinations, we were just told that it was chargeable and it would be £99 each, Everest charges were £70 so a good saving for me and thanks to their thoroughness my wife’s was free.

   The delivery driver is a joke. I specifically told the pharmacy time and time again NOT to deliver my medicines I can pick them up. The driver will bang down your door until he gets an answer. I have tried to ignore him before but he continues banging and banging down my door until I have no choice to answer! Really annoying as I work from home and it is a disturbance when I'm working online hence why I specifically asked him to NOT deliver! I will be making a complaint about this service.

   They don’t honour advanced bookings. Don’t even bother to tell you in advance, just wait for you to turn up after you scheduled your entire day around being punctual for your appointment before letting you know you completely wasted your time. There is absolutely no excuse for giving away all the available doses to walk-ins when there are scheduled appointments booked in. Very unprofessional.
