Everest have taken over my old Well Pharmacy but don't answer the phone even though other Everest pharmacies advise the old number should still work. Now gone 3 days without my prescription.
Not contactable by telephone branches always busy!! they took over my old pharmacy and didn’t bother to inform customers. My repeat prescription for statins has now run out and my gp is also very awkward to communicate with. I won’t be transferring to them as telephone communication is a must!
