   The staff here are fantastic, always very welcoming and provide an amazing service, however I was quite disappointed to witness how a staff member was being told off this morning just behind the counter. I strongly believe that customers should not have to hear/witness this as I was not the only one. Everything was clearly heard. The tone was extremely harsh and the staff member should have been spoken to in a better manner. This is not a complaint, rather some honest feedback and a request to not occur right behind the counter. I will still give a five star rating as the staff here are terrific and deserve all the applause. Well done KPS.

   This has always been a great Pharmacy. Now their services are even more helpful. I’ve been referred twice by my GP for small medical problems and the speed and efficiency they demonstrated was incredible. The consultation was handled by kind and knowledgeable staff. The issues were diagnosed and treated within two hours of initial referral. Very lucky to have this pharmacy locally.

   if I could I would give 0 stars. booked my daughter in for a ear wax removal. she has had severe ear wax and I was told by a member of staff they will check and charge £10 and then remove after 5 days. I booked it and attended 5 days later to be told that they dont do children. The cheek of them to then say I will check if the olive oil worked. so they can charge me £10 for checking again. I said you miss sold me and should refund and had i know I wouldn't even bother getting it checked. said all I can do it say sorry and also they cant refund. please do not take your children there to get your ears checked. all they want is £10 to check. its a gimic to make money and wont do anything to remove the ear wax. awful service and full of lies and deceiving chemist. dont trust their words. on top of this they missed the last two digits of my number and again lies and said they been calling and asked it I got a miss call. then said they had nine numbers so how can I have a miss call with 9 numbers and should be 11. another lie. poor service and untrustworthy

   Manley Pharmacy provided me with an Incredibly fast & efficient service in a superbly presented fresh and squeaky clean shop for a specialised prescription that other online providers (more than one) were continually unable to supply. The ladies who attended to me have been well chosen for their roles with the perfect mix of professionalism and friendliness, and are a credit to the business owner. Also useful for easy parking & daily needs with well stocked shelves at sensible prices. Im seldom easily impressed, but hats off to the team - 10/10

   A great pharmacy. It can get a little busy sometimes so you might have to wait a little bit staff is always very polite and will help as much as they can. I had so many mix ups with my prescriptions when I had to change my gp but they’ve always helped me out!

   Was happy with them to this morning when one of the employees there asked me why I should be aware of GDPR I just wished him a nice day and left, will avoid in future this pharmacy unfortunately. Update: In a response from the pharmacy instead writing under my review they reported me to NHS for claiming free prescriptions when I have my proof of this for me doing whatever just pafetic lol so before considering using this pharmacy think about it.

   I would like to share my experience with manley pharmacy. I suffer from mental health problems where I have good days and very bad days, i have my reviews here at the pharmacy where I can discuss anything because i know it is confident and will stay within these walls. I am also aware that somethings might be disclosed with other parties. Anyway what I will say is this, staff are so understanding and are very supportive when they know I'm having a really bad day, I am given a choice If I want a chat which is enough just to be asked or given a choice. I would like to thank all the staff who has supported me and I know they will carry on supporting me best pharmacy ever thank you all.
