the ladies working there are lovely, but we did overhear a man berating a coworker loudly and rudely, then check around front to see us waiting. Hope he sees this and cools the heck down about his approach to women coworkers.

⛔️⛔️ I had a serious issue with kps regarding the delivery of my controlled medication. They delivered it to my next-door neighbor, and it sat in warm conditions for 2.5 hours before I was able to retrieve it. This is concerning, especially since the medication needs to be refrigerated. I’m really disappointed with how this was handled, as it raises questions about the pharmacy's care and attention to important delivery details. I hope they can improve their processes to prevent this from happening in the future.⛔️⛔️ AVOID IF POSSIBLE!
Warm staff and extremely helpful
Such a lovely place! I went for my covid jab today, every member of the staff said hello, with a smile... small things count!!! I was early so waited...... less than expected. But overheard conversations where staff listened to the customers & gave alternatives... I need to swap my regular pharmacy!!!
Worst customer service I've ever experienced in 41 years, never been spoken to and treated so badly. Please please take my advice and avoid this place at all costs. There are some great chemists near by, please use one of them. This place is truly awful, I wish I could put minus stars
Updating my review - this is the best pharmacy that I have ever used and we have been customers for years . Throughout the current pandemic the staff have gone out of their way to assist and help customers. You receive prompt and professional service but always with a smile and friendly manner however busy they are. Nothing is too much trouble.
Extremely poor service. I had 2 calls with the pharmacist to confirm the two medications I required. I collected my prescription and one of the medications was missing. I had to travel to the pharmacy again on my lunch break and I was told I couldn't have the second part of my medication without the pharmacist. I was promised a follow-up call which I didn't receive. When I called back I was told they had tried to call me (I had no missed call and no voicemail was left.) When I said that this was a poor service as I had now been almost 2 weeks without a vital medication I was told "We have thousands of patients." Dreadful service. No ownership or apology forthcoming.
