   Earlier this week, I saw a doctor who checked my throat and said it “didn’t look that bad.” However, after my pain worsened overnight, I called 111 and was referred to this chemist for an emergency consultation. The pharmacist made me feel truly cared for. He checked my temperature, confirmed I had a fever, examined my throat thoroughly, and explained that it looked bacterial. He then prescribed antibiotics and strong painkillers. I was so worried about going home for Christmas, but he put my mind at ease and finally made me feel heard. I’m really impressed with the service I received.

   I went into the pharmacy for an emergency prescription. I was seen immediately by Peter who was able to confirm my medication, issue 7 days’ supply and very kindly took my blood pressure as well. Very impressed. The pharmacy was clean and tidy and the staff on reception were polite and attentive.

   K’s Chemist is the best I’ve ever come across. The reception staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Plus the service is impeccable. They do a brilliant job with repeat prescriptions, and offer a much-needed flu jab. Got mine done with a wonderful doctor called Peter. His ‘bedside manner’ is just right, and he was so easy to talk to. Very highly recommended. Thanks guys, Mark

   I was seen by Peter at K’s Chemist. I was told to book an appointment with my gp for a routine check up before I could receive my prescription on a repeat basis. I booked an appointment with my gp but they hadn’t responded and I was due to run out of prescription. The lady at K’s Chemist was able to book me in to see Peter. She did advise it could be up to an hour wait but I could be seen sooner. I was able to see Peter in 10 minutes! Both staff were lovely and very friendly :). Peter was able to check my blood pressure, height and weight all in a few minutes. Very efficient service that saved me so much stress. Would definitely recommend.

   I had an excellent experience getting two vaccinations at K's Chemist today. The convenience of booking appointments online was great. The pharmacist, Peter was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. The vaccinations were quick and painless. I was provided with clear information and felt completely safe and confident in their care. I will definitely return for future health services. I highly recommend this pharmacy.

   Friendly reliable professional pharmacy. Has my meds ready for me each time, if not then get them quickly. Very personable staff who are very friendly. They make sure the meds I require are in stock each time and make the whole process simple and fast. They have fun things also like old school sweets, drumsticks, double dab sherbet etc etc. Can't ask for more. No complaints at all and Peter the manager is great. He helped sort out a medication for me with no problems. . 10/10

   The entire staff of K’s chemist were nice,friendly and professional .A special shout out to the pharmacist Peter who gave the covid and flu jabs. He took out time to explain the process and was gentle when administering the vaccines.I’d definitely recommend this pharmacy to everyone.

   The staff are friendly. However every time the pharmacy doesn’t have my full prescription and I’m given an IOU slip to collect it later. Inconvenience to go and collect at the pharmacy over again. I go to pharmacy to collect the second half that was owed, and told pharmacist is on lunch for two hours so I have to come back later. Three visits to collect a single prescription. I’ll be going to another pharmacy due to this. But the staff are generally friendly especially the lady at reception.

   The entire team at K's Chemist are incredibly kind and warm. A special note for Peter, the pharmacist, who supported me during my COVID 19 booster and flu shot. While I only booked an appointment for the flu shot, he took the special care of reviewing my record, and noticed I was also eligible for the autumnal booster, and gave both jabs on the spot. The thoughtfulness over my health (and time-saving gesture!) is so appreciated!

   My kids had a vaccination on Friday with our consent. They were scared for vaccination screamed before vaccination. But after vaccination they are good. Nobody man handled and dragging my kid on floor to take them into room. no one had switched off the lights. Doctor and assistant are very friendly, having fantastic experience how to deal with kids. They gave so many toys to my kids to get rid off fear from Vaccination. I strongly recommend this pharmacy for vaccination for Kids.
