   What a disgrace, my mum has heart disease came out of hospital and had prescribed drugs supposed to be delivered from here, she had one tablet left and no delivery, they turned the phones off apparently for two days so she couldn’t get in touch, my sister had to come down from sale and go in to the Docters after my mum ringing for a whole day and my sister all morning that morning, I am so angry, this place should be closed down if they are to busy to answer the phones, it’s no excuse my mum would be dead if she didn’t have me and my sister! I’m so angry

   I came at 6.03pm to pick up antibiotics prescription for my sick child, the rude dispenser sent me away saying “we’re closed” when she was literally on the till the pharmacist was also on reception and refused to dispense medication for my sick child. The manner of the dispenser was disgusting talking down on me condescendingly I am going to report this higher up she should be sacked for her rude demeanour. My cousins also have their own pharmacies and were shocked at they would never send a sick child away, I also work in healthcare, we have a duty of care as NHS professionals this is appalling I will ensure my prescriptions never get dispensed at this pharmacy the staff need to sort out their attitude. I will be making a formal complaint
