The goods I required were available on the website at a reasonable cost. However I had to pay £20 for delivery, even though I am local. Also no notification of when the delivery would be - they just showed up and luckily I was in. Just so happens another delivery of decking was also being made - much better service . I tried to support local businesses this time but won't rush to use Grangewood again. Local delivery should be much less.

Went there today to pick up a panel at 4.40,meant to be open till 5. Rushed from my job and waited in rush hour traffic to find they wernt there, cost me an hour out my day. Not great
Took 2 months to finally get 1 fence panel which they said was in stock online. 4 phone calls chasing to be constantly told the stock was coming in and they would call us but they never did. Emailed asked for a refund, no response for 2 weeks. When we finally rang to chase the refund they told us they had stock now and were asking us why we hadn’t rang them. No apology!!! Poor customer service.
First class service and products. Due to covid 19 only delivery was available. Not a problem as when my order came I wasn't disturbed or anything, order was as expected and the invoice shows a picture of each part I had ordered. Excellent service.
