I live very local to this pharmacist and when I moved here, we opted to use them as our primary chemist...that was our first mistake. First month, I had to visit 4 times for my medications. Another time they was days late and the meds I take would be very dangerous for me to abruptly stop, so in the end, I had to request an urgent 2 days of my main 3 medications. Silly me thought it's just an off few days, so I attempted for the third month. It took a few times to pick up mine and my 2 family members monthly prescriptions. My son's main medication is a very strong one and if it wasn't for me being paranoid and triple checking things, he could have died!!. His usual dose is two 5mg tablets...they gave us 20MG pills, which would have meant, he'd have took 40MG instead of 10mg!!. I went in to speak to them and the main pharmacist acted like nothing was wrong, spoke in the slow monotone, condescending tone he always has. Tried convincing me that he'd have been ok, if he'd took 4 times his dose. I got back home and continue to check the rest of the meds, I found that there was another one with the wrong dose. I lost it and I reported them, and went back to our original pharmacy on Moston Lane, they're always 10/10 and even though it costs us a tenner in taxis, it's worth it for peace of mind. Just going in for some cream, warrants a discussion with the pharmacist, who takes his sweet time. I went in 2 weeks ago when it was completely empty, I only needed some savlon and dressings...I ended up in there for 25 minutes for no reason at all. Over the past few years, it's gone from bad to worse and I wouldn't recommend them at all.

Pharmacist is lovely but he turns up whenever he feels like. Always "running late". Not at all reliable if you need medication urgently.

Don’t get me wrong there is one girl in there that is super nice However Just spent the past 20 minutes ringing the stupid pharmacy to try and ask about my sertraline every single time it rung through. eventually a woman picked up on the other side of the phone I asked her if my meds were there that I had rung up about two weeks in advance and was told that the pharmacist is running late and that I would have to come after 10:30 and rudely hung up without another word.

I called today because I am having health problems and can’t get into my GP for an appointment. The lady took my details . Nobody called me back. Shocking service here. They work whenever they want always shut and open and random times. Really strange setup.

Pharmacist is very nice, but service is iffy - often late in mornings, long lunches and early finishes. Which means you can never be sure of script being ready when you go back. Even phoning ahead can still leave a long wait, or being asked to go at a different time - not always very easy if your script is collected for you.

Awful and rude customer service, shockingly bad, avoid this place if you want the correct medication and for it to arrive when they say it will
