Lovely lady checked my throat only come in for throat lozengers and she took me in room and checked me over.
Excellent customer service as always,Even though at times they are seriously understaffed and over worked they never fail to get my repeat medication wrong as such,always helpful in terms of educating others in medical terminology and understanding ! Farah is amazing very friendly,kind hearted and always willing to help others ! Give her more resources and she will create an empire!
Just been in to this awful awful chemist. Was stood waiting for at least 10 mins with no acknowledgement from staff coming to see me, an old bloke grey hair and glasses was talking to an other customer about hearing aids. When finished he ignorned me and went into the back the arrogant W....R. I stood there being ignored for a further 2 mins before i shouted to another girl whom seemed to be doing nothing can I have my order. Bring back DANIELLE .for this lot have to customer service skills whatsoever. D Green.
Never had issues in previous years but the past couple this chemist has become inadequate. The shelves are never stocked up, it is dirty (looks like it is never swept or mopped). The queues are always huge with really long wait times. They hardly ever answer the phone, so you can’t check if your prescription is in. Always out of stock of things
Used to be a great service here but now not so, I have called 6 times for my prescription, long lengthy queues, 2 days shutters half way down not great when you need your prescription, decided to get delivered, such a shame as this was once a fantastic chemist with great staff
I recently undertook a survey in relation to this chemist. I rated them to be good. I stand by this as staff work hard and are always friendly despite seemingly working without adequate staff most of the time. What I find frustrating and unacceptable is the fact that phone calls are hardly ever answered and it's very diffcult to get through. A better phone system is needed as the one in place is not fit for purpose.
We get our prescriptions regularly and the service is terrible. Not enough staff.. a couple of times my husband was given someone else’s prescription - it wasn’t even a similar name. Most of previous staff have gone. Needs to get more staff , more products on the shelves, and correct prescriptions that are done on time
What a shame, this pharmacy used to be so good but it's getting worse everytime I go there. They have a shortage of staff so no prescriptions are ready for you to pick up and you have to wait around 10 to 20 minutes to get it. They never have what you need in stock either so I've had to go elsewhere a few times now. For years this was a great pharmacy with great staff who I knew very well. Now there are no faces I recognise and the staff that are there are under pressure to try and do work that they can't do with so few people. I have a feeling it won't be open much longer because people are fed up with going there and not having the items they need. They don't even offer to order your item same day or next day, its usually a weeks wait which isn't good enough. Plus it's at least 4 days for a prescription to be ready in the first place. I'd recommend going elsewhere if you don't want a lengthy wait. There's hardly any products on the shelves either and it's very limited on what they do have. What a shame its gone down hill so fast.
