Absolute nightmare of a pharmacy. Waited over 30 minutes for medication , only to find it was incorrect. Had to go all the way back to Nightingale unit for it to be changed. Told to wait another 30 minutes before going for it. When I got there it hadn’t even been started ! Had to wait another 30 minutes !

Wife was waiting for prescription (only customer there) and the staff member sorting the prescriptions went on lunch. Was told by staff at front counter wait will now be at least 30 mins until they come back. Id like to prescribe this place a prescription for customer service as its none existent.

I have been receiving medication through this very busy hospital pharmacy for the last 2 years. I have had to contact the pharmacy to enquire on numerous occasions as to whether a prescription has been sent to them. On each and every occasion staff have been unfailingly helpful, courteous and willing to help. They always order the medication promptly and when the timescale is very short, for example, when I'm due to go on holiday, they have acted fast to secure the medication. Thank you Dawn! If I could give this team more than 6 stars, I would.

Lovely staff in a very busy pharmacy. Very clean and well stocked. Greeted straight away by guy on the front desk with excellent customer service. You can see all the team work together really well! Ivana was really helpful and friendly. Thanks.

Very kind and helpful staff but a 50min wait for picking up a prescription...that's just ludicrous. They only had about 2 prescriptions ready every 10 minutes. You'd think they were making the medicine back there.

Terrible, I had to wait almost one hour to collect iron tablets. That does not make any sense. Is that a lack of personal or wrong processes in place? I have more things to do. This outrageous!

40 minute wait on two separate occasions The hospital should give patients a paper prescription instead of sending it electronically. It appears Rowland have a monopoly at Wythenshawe hospital . Hence the poor service. Makes me wonder are the high street branches this bad?

They need to do something about the staffing in here. It’s a hospital pharmacy that’s continually understaffed and patients are waiting an hour or more for prescriptions. It’s really sad to see staff being short and rude with patients. If only they would prescribe medicines to another pharmacy. To add- a gentlemen who couldn’t be in public too long- was immune suppressed (from a transplant) was made to wait a full hour in a busy room. So so so stressful for people.

A 40 minutes wait for your meds to be dispensed is the normality here. And only to be told they didn't have enough bottles of what I needed, and already paid for. And this happened more than once. I can't believe you only have a single bottle of very generic gaviscon every single time I come. Are you cutting costs? They gave me a letter for my GP to get it prescribed again... Which means paying it again. I should have asked for a refund really.

Not the great to go to, in regards of getting you medication dispensed. You have to wait over one hour & 30 minutes for your medication. The staff are rude including the manager. And when you they ask a question to the pharmacist, they ignore you.
