I had a lovely experience at the pharmacy when I went to get my vaccine done . I did not need to wait and was seen at the exact appointment time the pharmacist explained the procedure and was very polite and professional . I highly recommend the pharmacy

I recently started using Bowland Pharmacy and my experience has been excellent. The staff are always polite, and the pharmacy offers a great range of services. Their prescription turnaround is impressively fast, and I appreciate the text notifications when everything is ready. Highly recommend them! Excellent service, very friendly supportive staff. I had my blood pressure checked, and was given lots of helpful advice. I had my flu jab whilst I was there. I was a little apprehensive, but it was over in seconds, honestly, never even felt it. If they are busy, have a little patience, they are only human like all of us. I will definetly reccomend and use on a regular basis.

My daughter was spoken to very rudely today by Jackie, after using Lloyds for years Her attitude was appalling. She is in the wrong job for public service. Time for a change!. Thank goodness all aren't like her!!
I have used this pharmacy for many years and I have always found the staff very friendly. Yes, it takes a while to get your prescriptions done, but I don't think people realise that there are very strict procedures to follow when filling out the prescriptions, you can't just grab the meds and throw them in a bag. Also, if the "horrible" woman is who I think it is from the description, then I have to disagree, she is a lovely lady who knows the regulars and always has time for them. She is extremely competent at her job and will go out of her way to help you with your meds and any questions you have about them or any products in the shop.
This pharmacy is handy since it's next door to a doctors. The only issues I have with this place is that the waiting times can be painful and the slender older woman with dark brown/red hair and glasses on a chain. She's so up herself and talks down to customers. The other staff are lovely but she is horrid. I always feel like walking back out when I see she's working.
