   I’m eternally grateful to Balsam when I came in with deafness in one of my ears. Balsam was incredibly helpful and looked into my ear and on my behalf contacted the Heaton Mersey GP surgery, when they had no appointments available, despite having a bad ear infection, Balsam contacted out of ours on my behalf and helped me to talk to the nurse who in turn has referred me to a walk in centre. If it wasn’t for Balsam I would still be trying to contact the doctors for an emergency appointment, which I have been attempting now for the past week. I am incredibly grateful and thankful for her help. Thank you so so much. Amanda

   Just recently got my entire family’s prescriptions sent directly to here and they are fantastic. Always really helpful, and incredibly competent. We get quite complicated orders and they are always perfect in a very short amount of time. It is very comforting to know our meds are in their hands, having dealt with three incompetent pharmacies before this.

   Chemist surposed to check all is correct before given medicine for my 7 yr old antibiotics they did not check and gave wrong dose. Only way i knew was i double checked with doctor and then called pharmacy only to be told "oh sry its a mistake" a mistake that could cause my son to get worse. Terrible service always laughig joking in back when they should take more responsiblity and check.
