The single most pathetic excuse for a business I’ve ever experienced. Weeks waiting for items that I was able to find elsewhere in a day. More calls and visits to get outstanding items that get ‘lost’. Fill part of a prescription, owe you the rest, go back to be told they’ve lost it and to call back. I didn’t believe the other bad reviews could be this bad until I experienced it for myself.

Great Pharmacy. Staff always helpful. Especially the very good looking manager ;) Nice staff have now left and the place is a total embarrassment. I was verbally abused by both the pharmacist and another member of staff. Avoid this place if you can!!!

Poor service. Have moved to another pharmacy after several issues with prescriptions being only half ready, incorrect dosage of medication and most recently my medication not being complete and just being told “speak to the doctor, get an alternative”. I know it’s a stressful environment but politeness costs nothing.

Shame I can’t give 0 stars - this is a joke not a pharmacy! They never have anything in, even stuff like generic antibiotics. Avoid at any costs.

*BE WARNED* My husband used this pharmacy which resulted in an NHS fine!! He paid cash for his prescription but he didn't think to complete or sign the declaration on the back of the prescription. He then received an NHS fine because someone else had completed and signed the form on his behalf wrongly stating he is entitled to free prescriptions. When he explained this to the manager and showed her a photocopy of the false declaration with someone else's signature, she wasn't interested in helping him get to the bottom of who had filled in the form and signed on his behalf. (If other prescriptions submitted by this pharmacy could be accessed I suspect this mystery signer would appear on other prescription declarations and thereby be identified as a member of the pharmacy staff. I would be interested to know if this mystery signer was making other false declarations and pocketing prescription payments for themselves!!) The lesson: Be sure to complete the declaration on your prescription yourself and always ask for a receipt when you pay. I would also avoid this pharmacy like the plague!

This has to be one of the most frustrating experiences of my life! Signed up with them via NHS APP to receive my repeat prescription and after receiving umpteen emails telling me I was running out of meds and to order quickly it is now over a week and they still don’t have my medication ready for collection. I have changed to medichem hopefully I will have a better experience in the future. Why isn’t this service simple and straightforward??

Staff at Lloyds Bredbury have been going through an extremely difficult, stressful, exhausting and thankless time the past 3 months. Working tirelessly to try and continue to provide a good service for all the patients. I would like to thank all the understanding and patient people who have used the pharmacy recently who have realised what a difficult time they have been having through no fault of their own and have been pleasant, patient and courteous. Some of the reviews on here, if you knew what was going on in the background, its soul destroying

Quick service never had any problems. Parking is a bit difficult with it being so close to the busy junction but there is some parking across the pavement which is usually free. Staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and you don't usually wait long for your prescription.
