   Recently decided to change the old brass handles on my doors, I was shocked when I removed the handles and found massive 55mm holes, Obviously I panicked and thought new doors. I spoke with Daniel at handle King who expertly explained my options and suggested a fixing plate that they could supply which would allow me to fit standard size handles which they could also supply at a very competitive price. He sent me all the information and left it with me, No pushy sales or anything, just very good and very knowledgeable advice. 3 days later and I have just fitted the last handle and to be honest for the price I paid I wasn't expecting much but WOW they look amazing the quality is excellent the service was outstanding and it has been an absolute pleasure doing business with your company Thankyou Daniel

   Pathetic service, had been using their products for couple of years and see the quality has not been up to the standard still I have to order as part of replacement which was broken due to poor quality. I called the customer service regarding replacement items couple of weeks ago ( as they changed product code since I ordered last time) and mentioned exactly what items needed. I found out that they forgot to mention items needed as part of new order but forgot to accept the mistake hence need to place an order again. I politely asked to waived off the postage charge as it was mistake from their end which they refusing to accept. Found customer service staff very rude.

   Fantastic products at a reasonable price and brilliant service - highly recommended. We love our new stylish matt-black handles. The handles arrived very quickly and were well packaged.    Handles arrived damaged due to poor method of packing spindles directly under handle rose. Was told they don't pack themselves. Was told to return all handles back to get a refund, as you can't just returned damaged ones for exchange. Second time I ordered and specifically asked them if they can check the handles and pack spindles separately. They arrived with around 35% of handles damaged. Called up they said they are packed in house and never had a problem before and you should expect slight defects on budget handles £18 a pair. Sent pics and you can clearly differentiate between a defect and a spindle knocking into handle roses leaving indentation.

   I needed a new outside access handle/lock for a fire door at a dental surgery which was the main staff access. The old handle had snapped off. I found the coorect item on Amazon via Handle King but with 2 to 3 days delivery. I rang Handle King and they advised to buy through Amazon but they upgraded to next day delivery for me. Unfortunately it came late the next day but I received excellent customer service and the right product at the best price. I will very happily use again. Thank you.

   SIMPLY BRILLIANT Order some Chrome Door Handles handles from Handle King. Vast array of choices, Brilliant price, and excellent service, Great delivery too, Ordered 12PM Tuesday, Arrived 10AM Wednesday. One of the handles was PITTED, the other was FAULTY. One call to them, I explained what was wrong. The gentlemen on the phone understood what was wrong, took my address and has already sent out replacements for the faulty ones. Brilliant customer service, can't recommend them highly enough. Keep up the good work guys !!!
