   Absolute joke. They take no ownership for there mishaps and mistakes. How many times have we gone back and forth to collect medications, as they constantly miss off items or do not have the items in stock. Constantly send you to other chemists. Then when you challenge them they blame you by saying they didn't realise you wanted the full script. I tend to send a family member to collect so I rely on Cohens to get it right. My doctor sends the script to Cohens they simply have to.dispense it, but nooo instead blames the patient for there indiscretions. Headache and a constant battle for them to get the job done right.

   Very unprofessional staff. They don't know what they doing confused, slow and lack of organisation. The reason I gave two star is that they have free delivery option unlike others. Otherwise disappointed with the service they offer. The owner should provide them with professional training.

   Absolutely incompetent staff and non-existent customer service! They won't deliver when they have your prescription (even after 5 or 6 days) until you call them and ask every time! Then they say their delivery driver works only 2 days a week! What kind of service is this?! Most local pharmacies are a hundred times better than this place.. I'd go somewhere else.
