The pharmacist was late had to wait 20min for them to refuse to sell me a item as they couldn't/didnt want to. Don't bother going to them

A very negative experience I had here. I came to see the pharmacist for some health advice at a quiet time in the night. I was travelling from Scotland and was coming on behalf of a relative but the pharmacist was quite dismissive and showed a lot of indifference to my concerns, despite me explaining my situation and worries. I left feeling upset and unheard. I could at least have been given some suggestions/alternative options to help with my worries but I leave feeling very upset and do not intend on coming back here in future.
I ordered emergency prescription through 111 here and the head pharmacist called me ONCE early in the morning, I missed the call but went in the afternoon during my lunch break to collect my prescription. I was told to wait for around 10 mins only to then be told that he had CLOSED my request and I had to go through the entire process again. I went through the entire process which took another 24hours only to go the next day and be told they don't have anything on record for me or have received no referrals through 111 even-though i received a text from 111 saying I could pick up my prescription. They didn't even offer to give me ONE pill even though I had already missed three days of my medication at this point despite knowing that initially a referral had come through which they closed on the system because I missed that single phone call from them. I was very polite both days but also incredibly disappointed, I did ask that surely a patient's health is more of a priority than going through these endless systems (especially considering that they are aware I am on high dosage medication as the initial referral had come through). I would understand their hyper-consciousness towards giving medication to patients without proof if nothing had ever been received by them but they had received the 111 referral first time around. Both days the same people were on shift. They just recommended I go through the process AGAIN which I did but this time I switched pharmacies and got my prescription (the same way through a 111 referral). However, by this stage I had missed 4 days of my prescription and felt incredibly unwell due to my missed medication Very unhelpful, unsympathetic, impatient and careless people.
Supposed to open at 6:30, been waiting up to 6:45 and still nobody here. Even the Tesco staff informed me that they are supposed to start at 6:30 when I double checked with them in passing. They said it's a regular occurrence.
