   This is the WORST pharmacy! Customer service is non existent. Staff are rude and unhelpful and the waiting time to even get served is a joke. This is my local pharmacy but I prefer to drive to Prestwich where the service and friendly staff are far more preferable to Rowlands.

   Lack of staff and they don’t care about their customers. I went there to buy a medication and was told by a man that I could not be served because the pharmacist was on her ‘lunch break’ and to come back in 30 minutes. Are you kidding me???!?!?!?! How in this world is that justifiable? You need more staff or at least teach that man or people in the counter how to use the till or whatever! It is unacceptable that people are having to return just because Mr/Ms Pharmacist is on lunch break!! GET MORE STAFF! Health is not something to be played with. Oh and the pack of the medication they gave me was RIPPED and they only had one! Pathetic and THE MAN THAT WAS SERVING WAS RUDE AND IMPATIENT. Oh and after waiting those long 30 minutes, the same guy that told me to wait for the pharmacist was the same person that ended up serving me!!! Where is this mysterious pharmacist? Made me wait for nothing on my work lunch break to be served by him, why did he not do it straightaway!!!

   Possibly the worst chemist I have ever used! Quite often don’t have the medication! Been waiting 3 days for a balance on a prescription that should have been delivered a day ago that should supposedly have been available the day before but wasn’t . Was promised a call back and never happened. This is people’s health they are playing with!

   I had to write a review because it just made my day how the service from Ashleigh was so friendly. You don’t get it much but it was nice to come in to this morning, very attentive and chatty. Really needed that this week!

   I come here all the time for my prescription and can I just add that the manager- Ashleigh I think her name is, goes above and beyond as a manager at this pharmacy. I have been to pharmacy’s in the past and quite frankly, they didn’t care less when serving myself as a customer. Ashleigh is always friendly and greets me with a smile. Highly recommend.

   Great Customer Service, Been a huge turnaround over the past few weeks from getting my prescriptions on time to helpful and friendly customer service. Happy to be using this pharmacy as it puts my nerves to ease, knowing my prescription it’s always ready on time.

   Awful! Been with this chemist for years, new manager has taken over and its a constant fight to get monthly medication. They don't put medications in when asked and think it's acceptable to leave people over a week with out a medication. Will blame everyone and everything else before even thinking it's their fault. Joke of a chemist since the new manager came over. Was a great little chemist less than a year ago
