   I took my son to Middleton Pharmacy last night and the two members of staff were really friendly. The chap looking at my son was really helpful, took his time to ask lots of questions and gave lots of helpful advice. My son is 5 years old and was a little tired and impatient but the chap was so patient with him and it was a trip well worth making. Glad that I won’t need to waste an hour on the phone at 8am on Monday morning trying to get a GP appointment. Looking at the previous reviews, we didn’t experience any of the negativity others have experienced.

   My son fell in the zoo on Saturday which resulted In him having stones In bedded into a deep laceration on his had. Toom him to Doncaster hospital where I wasn't happy with treatment because they didn't remove the stones and just slapped a dual derm dressing on. so I rang 111 for advice as I was concerned. Was advised to go to this pharmacy for a second opinion. Pharmacist didn't listen to a word I said and didn't bother looking at his wound either. Last night my sons had started leaking. I took him to my hospital today and drs were baffled at the advice of this pharmacy and doncaster hospital for leaving foreign objects in a deep laceration. Drs have now removed stones but Hand Is infected and has too deep massive puncture wounds. Don't go to thus pharmacy for advise. Patronising and didn't listen to me atall. Need re training

   I was refused my medication. I gave it plenty of time between the pharmacy receiving the prescription to me collecting. I was in the que by 7pm and got seen at 7.15 to be told it wasnt done and they wont be issuing it due to closing, even tho they had 45 mins until closing. And when i said this i got attitude from the staff, saying that theres a que to get through and that i shouldn't have waited until closing time. I again said they had 45 mins, 3 staff members and 5 people in the que, pretty doable. I was still refused and told to go back the next day. Then the staff member walked away. I get fortnightly meds and monthly meds and its always the same. The medication is never done for days. Theres even been 2 occasions where iv been in the que and staff have refused to give a elderly gentleman insulin and a mother prescribed milk for her young baby. The staff are rude and un helpful. Id never ever recommend this pharmacy. Do better tesco, do much better.

   Tesco pharmacy Middleton is the best around by far lovely staff who go above and beyond to help you and to make sure you’re prescription is complete and ready for collection when you arrive to pick it up they are always smiling and cheerful and always take time out to have a chat with you

   Staff so rude- calling customers when thinking the plastic screen prevents hearing. Prescriptions never ready always a problem even after following their displayed instructions. Don't deserve 1*

   A total disaster and rude staffs. Especially there are two or three white British female are working in there that it seems they are hating customers and their job too. I am a heart patient and medicines must be on time, but last time when I visited that pharmacy for collect my prescription that has been issued my medical centre six days before then they told me they didn't receive it! Then I went to my medical centre and they given a proof of evidence that they have sent an e- prescription to them, so I went to pharmacy again and I told them, so after checking one of the lady came back after 10 min and she said, sorry we forgot to print it!!! So six days was not enough for them to print it. Then that woman said it will be ready after 1 and half hour and other prescription must be ordered and take more time be ready. I said I will back to tomorrow. Tomorrow I went there and she said we are closing for break and back after two hours!!! Absolutely ridiculous! I complained about the situation and after spending three hours to collect prescription and 4 times journey to go and back, they said we are not serving you! I was their patient for several years and their act was like discrimination and hateful.

   Absolutely disgusting service. Just been in to get some Night Nurse for my sister who's ill in bed with the flu. Was originally served by a middle aged blonde woman who had zero people skills. I told her it was for my sister and repeated the symptoms my sister had told me. She immediately asked for my ID before saying none of the medicines would help what my sister had. I walked off to ring my sister to find out more about her cough which apparently was a big thing. During this time the blonde woman had gone behind the screen and was talking to the pharmacist (clearly about me). Got back in the queue and was served by a lovely brunette lady who was more than happy to serve me Night Nurse. Before she could put it through the pharmacist said she wanted to speak to me. Not sure what the blonde woman had said but apparently because I'd said I needed medicine to help with sleep, I wasn't allowed any Night Nurse but I could get sleeping pills?! The description of Night Nurse, "If a cold or the flu is keeping you awake, then Night Nurse can help relieve cold and flu symptoms at night and so aid restful sleep." Avoid at all costs. I also saw the blonde woman be rude to a person in front of me in the queue. She's clearly in the wrong job.

   Absolutely shocking service. Takes them well over a week for them to even look at the prescription my doctor sends over. Always having to chase because I'm running out of tablets even though I order in plenty of time.
