Always friendly. Went in for meds and was able to get my flu injection straight away just by enquiring. Given by the pharmacist Mo, well given injection no pain no marks. Would reccomend to anyone.
Went for a flu jab. Pharmacist was friendly, professional, respectful and helpful. I couldn't have asked for more.
Absolutely useless. Overrun with staff but not one will answer the telephone. I've stood in the queue (they're not much better face to face either) whilst the phone is ringing away and the lazy staff are talking about what's for tea. Truly a dreadful experience having to use this place.
I have been a customer of the chemist at Lakeland Court, latterly known as Rowlands Chemist, for more than forty years. I find the chemist to be professional, helpful and courteous, the staff although at times extremely busy, are always helpful when addressing any queries, questions l may have. Patricia Phillips
This is one of the pharmacy I respect so much, but I am shocked today how an issue was mishandled and not considering the danger to the public. A customer or patient might have done something thinking that was the right thing but you as a professional should further ensure that thing is put right not to cause further harm to any other person. Kindly think of end results of your decision before making one…
Wasted 20 minutes walking here (pointless phoning as they never answer) Internet said they were open and I find the place closed. Time to change my pharmacy I think!
Such a shame used to be fab, but its gone downhill fast. Meds messed up, excuses all the time for one thing or another. Gutted coz the staff were nice at one point, dont know what changed? Unfortunately I had to vote with my feet and leave. I now use Lloyd's on cheapside and the service is excellent.
Nice pharmacy, polite staff and very well stocked, my favourite pharmacy in Middleton.
The staff here are really nice. They understanding my special needs and give me the extra time I need. They help me fill in the forms and talk my through taking my meds. Sometimes I do have to come back the next day to get my prescription but that’s understand that they don’t keep special drugs in stock always. I’ve never had a problem returning and find their selection of products good. Prices can be cheaper at other places though, just depends on budgets.
