Visited the pharmacy today. My mum normally gets her prescription from her doctors chemist. But they were closed today and Monday. The pharmacist helped me out no end he provided an emergency pre packed prescription for my mum. Such a lovely person so helpful. Thank you so much. Sorry I forgot your name.
They tell you in advance that it will be 30 minutes, then i went to superstore and tey to spend these 30 minutes, after 35 minutes i go there and they tell me your medicines is not ready and they dont know when will be ready as the person who attended ne had to go up and they dont know when they will come back but it shouldn't be long, then had to wait another 20 minutes for a medicine that in theory has been prescribed since 5 hours ago and when you go to this pharmacy it takes 1 hour to get it, definitely some room for improvement unless this is the standard then all good, other pharmacies take 5 minutes max to give you the medicine. Not sure if the Management from this branch is aware of this, but by reading the reviews i am not the only one to who this happened.
Visited for a very basic OTC cream and was told “we haven’t had that in stock for a while”. This medication hasn’t been out of stock with Alliance, AAH or Phoenix since May 2023. If you don’t have it in stock then it’s poor stock management, which looking at the state of your shelves in the pharmacy wouldn’t be hard to believe. Reported to the GPhC.
The worst pharmacy ever. I’ve been waiting a full week for my prescription and each day I attempt to phone them multiple times However, they just ignore the calls completely. Which then forces me to travel all the way their to ask them if my prescription is ready, only for them to tell me every single day to “come back tommorow or today at 5” Extremely slow services, rude and lazy staff.
Had to pick up my emergency prescription from here. Not only did they have it in stock but both the member of staff and the pharmacist himself couldn't have been more helpful! As it was a blue inhaler I needed, before I even had chance to pay, he told me to take a dose of it there and then as he could see that I was struggling to breathe. Both are an absolute credit especially the pharmacist.
Paid a taxi so could pick up prescription, got there and they said they couldn't use signaturex even though used this before there. Told me to go a few further miles to Hulme - like I have the money for that after just spending money to get to Harpurhey. Most unhelpful staff ever, need more training.
We all know this is a business as well but its business franchise and the girls working there . They do not own the pharmacy even if they do. They have to respect people when they come to collect medicines. 4 times send me home and told me come back . I went back she said my computer is not working and we don’t have that type of medicine today. Then her friend came and gave me. Means she lied. The weather is -4,-5. You should not play with people like this. Gain more customer service skills or hire experienced people .
Took over a week to get my insulin I had to go without, then there was items missing from my prescription I was told it wasnt on my prescription when i know for a fact it was. I was also told there was no prescription for me it to some time to convince her that there was before she would go and have a look and guess what it was there, this has happened over a week incompetent staff waste of my time they to busy laughing and joking with other staff I will never step foot in there again If I could give no stars i would 1
My family and I went to this store today, the lady who was in the cashier accused my daughter that she hided something then my daughter put it in the basket which was at the next point of sale. After that another cashier came and checked but couldn't find any basket or anything there. I'm disappointed that this happened in front of my children and my wife. I'll share my terrible experience with all my friends. I won't ever go to this branch.
