   I work all over the country using Travis Perkins a lot and I place all my delivery orders through Tysley TP via email. As I use a lot of the same materials on most jobs this is arranged very quickly and I always get a prompt response to let me know what’s going on with my order and when it will be out. The service provided is excellent.

   UNBELIEVABLE. I have building company and travis perkins regular customer unorganised branch of travis perkins. Today at 9.52am i called this branch and asked for shingles and lady answered and I asked for black or grey colour and she said they got grey shingles in stock and I came down from Wolverhampton and guess what when I arrived she denied that she spoke to me and she was only lady in this branch at time. So be careful if you call them and ask for something you might waste your time and job to trust what this staff saying. Very disappointed in travis perkins

   Returned an item, guy at the counter (slick hair) was having difficulty - he said it's been done but no print out to confirm refund saying printer was faulty- which it wasn't because I saw someone use it 5 mins previous. He then called manager who sorted it and gave me print out confirming refund. Manager's tone was inquisitive - they really don't like doing returns. Go to Screwfix, Toolstation or Tippers, all of which are across the road- much much better service.
