I had an emergency today where my Workers turned up but I was short of 2 plasterboards, as you know if the workers have no materials, the day rate is still charged. The Legend Simon the store manager, squeezed me in for same day delivery, cant thank him enough. took my big order too, which I needed urgently. Great customer service and polite. Thank you
It was straight forlward to join, easy to order online. The only issue had was the collection address was for the branch in Poole instead of Birmingham...... Nothing a quick phone call couldn't solve. Plenty of parking spaces there when I went to Collect, my order was ready on a trolley. All it left me to do was check it over and pack it in the car.....
Service is top notch. I am buying supplies for a very old building and having minor challenges with finding what I need but nothing major. For regular daily construction needs this would be one of my regular go to stores.
Certainly wont be returning to this store, stock level instability and poorly trained till staff. The only good person in this shop Is AZ if he were manager I would think that the whole place would be awesome.

Staff are always happy to help with great and plentiful products on show. Customer toilet's just in case and a café onsite which does a great bacon sandwich
